Aircel Dialer Tunes Activated Without Consent
I would like to bring to your kind notice that without my consent your employees are taking their own decision and debiting my account, which is very painful and unfair practice. This should be stopped immediately otherwise people will loose confidence in Aircel.
Yesterday (3.5.2010) your people contacted me on my mobile (8802656452) and requested for installation of Dialer Tune, which I refused and told I do not want this facility.
After some time I got a message as under :
” Your request for Aircel Dialer Tune will be shortly activated. A renewal fee of Rs.30/- will be charged after 30 days. Thanks”.
Immediately I sent a reply stating as I do not want this facility. After sometime your people has debited Rs.30/- from my account (Pre-paid). leaving a balance of below Rs.2.00, being a student I depend upon my parents and this is a great problem for me.
Now I request you to cancel the Dialer Tune facility from my mobile and credit the amount of Rs.30/- debited by you without my permission, URGENTLY.
YOUR PROMPT RESPONSE / ACTION WILL BE HIGHLLY APPRECIATED.

Without my consent they activated dialer tunes which i don’t need,
Recently i recharged my account with Rs.498/- and got Rs. 100/-
balance after some time i got a massage that
“”your dialer tunes service has been renewed & Rs.30 for 29 days has been charged”".even i have unsubcribed this service so many time.
After that when i checked my balance that was Rs.40.So i want know why do aircel activate these types service oun decision.
Kindly requested you “refund my money” as soon as possible otherwise i will take action & highlight in media,facebook & twitter.
