   helo mr. vijayakumar you can connect with the data cable. if you are using nokia mobile. use pc suite for gprs connection. go to settings. and type acces point as aircelgprs.pr

    I have been charged Rs. 20 per week by Airtel WAP services. So far over Rs. 120 had been collected from my prepaid account. The message is coming from 64611020 and website given is gclub.in but neither one could be contacted to unsubscribe. I have made a complaint and its number is 0820067637. I wish that you make the responsibility of refunding the amount robbed to my prepaid account to prove your sincerity. Kindly do not allow this kind of cheats to use Airtel. Your repute is ultimately jeopradised.

    Off and on some charges are debited without any intimation. When I want to call urgently in night I found the balance 0.92. Why charges( i dont no what for) are debited in late night making the persons inconvenient. I was told that it is for charges on tones. I have not opted for any tones.

    How such debits are made wihtout my authorisation?. Can the same may please be reversed and all your unauthenticated tones be stopped

    I’m from a rural village of West Bengal …facing severe problem of airtel connectivity …whenever I make a call it’s get disconnected within 10 -15 sec leaving the caller puzzled…the whole cell phones having airtel connectivity having same problem …Hope to draw your attention for the same !!!

I have bought 2 sim dt. 08/09/2008 which no. is 9097322633 & 9097322634 and i used since june 2009 then after incoming & outgoing facilities closed. I asked the aircel customer care services, Bhadani agency, Aircel Services, Tekari Road, Gaya why closed the facilities. that person said your documentary proof not satisfactory so resubmit the documents. So, I again submit the document dt. 23/09/2009 and recharge with Rs. 36/- and getting life time validity but unfortunately I am not getting incoming & outgoing facilities. I again asked Bhadani Distributer, Tekari, that staff saying your sim reject since 01/03/2009 and documents recieved as per your dt. 23.09.2009 One sim working 9097322634 in only incoming facilities and other sim not incoming & outgoing facilities available. I again complain aircel office, Tekari Road, Gaya. staff saying I can not help anything. I want to know that if sim is rejected, how can recharge life time validity, and one sim working incoming facilites and main balance show about Rs. 18/- So please say what can I do. Who responsible for Rs. 36/-*2=Rs. 72/- solve the problem if sim is reject then why recharge accept with Rs. 36/- because number not available. If any other authority solve the problem, please informed to me.

Patra.I have double storied building & 2 open land (which is situated in the middle of the silda).I have 1200 sq feet well bounded space available on rental basis for construction of mobile tower at Village Silda,which is the most populated place after the Jhargram Sub-Division in the West Midnapur.

    COMPLAIN REGARDING NON CREDITING OF RECHARGE MONEY

    I recharged my prepaid mobile phone (9003173341)on 31/12/09 in morning hours through internet banking (icici bank)with the following reference number-

    But till the time (01/01/10 1330 Hrs)it has not been credited to my mobile.Your customer care also doesn’t response positively. They only use to pass it on to some excuses and also they try to engage phone for maximum duration for the benefits of your revenue collection.I find an extremely hopeless service from u and your customer. Please reply at the earliest and let me not compel to resort any leaguel action.

    AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE (PREPAID SERVICE),

    Without my permission or prior notification you have activated callertune for a month on my mobile and deduct charges for the same. After deducting charges you have send me a message regarding activation. How can you do this with a customer without their permission and if they dont need that service.
    I DO NOT WANT these types of activation on my mobile no. without my permission. Why should I pay for the callertune that I have not asked for.
    If this continues I shall be compelled to complain.

    I have a complaint against Airtel Live’s unethical practice of unasked for renewed subscriptions to jokes etc. I DO NOT WANT promotional ads and automatic internet access, without my permission. Every other day i am paying for some poor jokes that I have not asked for and there is no way I can send back a message to stop them.

    Sir, My cellphone number is 9831171201.
    This morning, at about 10 o’clock I received a message from you saying that Rs10 had been deducted from my account for cricket updates, when I had NOT requested this facility. Immediately, I called up 121 and spoke to the customer care person and she promised to take care of the problem within 45 minutes and get back to me.
    I waited the whole day but she did not call back. I tried to call 121 several times during the course of the day, but you are disconnecting me. This is bizarre!
    I find this absolutely appalling. This is most unexpected of such a huge business concern like Airtel!
    Kindly see that my problem is solved immediately and henceforth do NOT deduct any amount from my account without my permission.

    Without my knowledge aircel sends subscription for kollywood news and some other sms on monthly charge basis
    my mobile no 9842284111 . In a busy schedule automatic call was came and disturbing . I request the customer care to cancel all those things. they simply send you send sms to 54545 and 1909 . the message cannot send from my mobile to that numbers.

    i have airtel prepaid card but i cant able to call customer care in 121. there is only mobile office mobile offfer is available. so how i contact to customer care executive through 121? n i have NOP settings and i have plan of 125 per month NOP/AON, but i cant access any chatting application to my mobile. i have mobile nokia 2700 classic. please give me suggestion tht how i start chatting application in this device in this plan?
