I have been charged Rs. 20 per week by Airtel WAP services. So far over Rs. 120 had been collected from my prepaid account. The message is coming from 64611020 and website given is gclub.in but neither one could be contacted to unsubscribe. I have made a complaint and its number is 0820067637. I wish that you make the responsibility of refunding the amount robbed to my prepaid account to prove your sincerity. Kindly do not allow this kind of cheats to use Airtel. Your repute is ultimately jeopradised.

Off and on some charges are debited without any intimation. When I want to call urgently in night I found the balance 0.92. Why charges( i dont no what for) are debited in late night making the persons inconvenient. I was told that it is for charges on tones. I have not opted for any tones.

I asked the aircel customer care services, Bhadani agency, Aircel Services, Tekari Road, Gaya why closed the facilities. that person said your documentary proof not satisfactory so resubmit the documents. So, I again submit the document dt. 23/09/2009 and recharge with Rs. 36/- and getting life time validity but unfortunately I am not getting incoming & outgoing facilities. I again asked Bhadani Distributer, Tekari, that staff saying your sim reject since 01/03/2009 and documents recieved as per your dt. 23.09.2009 One sim working 9097322634 in only incoming facilities and other sim not incoming & outgoing facilities available. I again complain aircel office, Tekari Road, Gaya. staff saying I can not help anything. I want to know that if sim is rejected, how can recharge life time validity, and one sim working incoming facilites and main balance show about Rs. 18/- So please say what can I do. Who responsible for Rs. 36/-*2=Rs. 72/- solve the problem if sim is reject then why recharge accept with Rs. 36/- because number not available. If any other authority solve the problem, please informed to me.

This morning, at about 10 o’clock I received a message from you saying that Rs10 had been deducted from my account for cricket updates, when I had NOT requested this facility. Immediately, I called up 121 and spoke to the customer care person and she promised to take care of the problem within 45 minutes and get back to me.
I waited the whole day but she did not call back. I tried to call 121 several times during the course of the day, but you are disconnecting me. This is bizarre!
I find this absolutely appalling. This is most unexpected of such a huge business concern like Airtel!
Kindly see that my problem is solved immediately and henceforth do NOT deduct any amount from my account without my permission.

We have taken up new postpaid connections 9551252593/94 just about 1 1/2 months back. The bills have been paid, yet all of a sudden our outgoing is barred today, for what reason we do not know. On calling customer care we are kept on hold permanently for quite a long time. How do we lodge this complaint and activate our outgoing. Do we have to go to aircel outlets for reporting? If so what for is a customer care number provided? If this complaint can fetch action, then please activate our outgoing immediately. Or else, i have no other way other than to take up a complaint in person at your outlets. Please reply what has to be done.

AIRCEL is the worst mobile service I have ever been associated with. Four days back I recharged my account (Mob. No. 9865065891), for cut-rate tariff (Rs. 18.00) to amke the calls 1paise/second. It worked perfectly well for two days. From today again the cheap game by the company has started. My calls are being charged at more than 1 Rs./minute. This is the crudest joke, indeed. Has the company gone so low as to decieve its customers as and when it likes. I am consulting my lawyer for further legal action. I am planning to get a few more frustrated customers to lodge a compalint at the consumer court against such malicious company. It is a rubbish comapny. It is really frustrating. The last option seems to be quitting the AIRCEL service provider. Please do look into the matter carefully. Thanks

This is a humble request to you all, please donot purchase new AIRCEL cnnection or if you have donot recharge it. I am am an aircel customer and used to recharge with 100 rupees coupons, but what these cheaters do is send a sms stating their offers. e.g. recharge with Rs 29 and get 55 rs talktime std free, like that. then after 2 -3 days you will receive a sms that thankyou for subscribing,and you will find that rs 29 is deducted. on calling Customer care they say you have activated this. Recently, 21-06-10 i received a sms stating that you are in a period of free miss call alert and within few days, rs 15 will be autimatically deducted from your account as subscription. I had Rs 21 as balance and i started doing STD call today 22-06-10, and brought it to Rs 10, then I recieved an SMS stating that Rs 7 has been deducted for subscribing to miss call alert valid for 14 days. I feel you can understand these cheaters.

As per ARC Manindra College, Mr Girish Agarwal told to me that your CESC Bill is not valid documents if the bill is in your name.
i.e Lily Banerjee being wife of myself, her address proof will not valid since CESC Bill produced is in the name Of Biman Banerjee.
My Question is what kind of people recruited in airtel office to deal with the consumers, ? Are they properly literate/ traiuned
by the airtel authority that what are the valid documents and not to harass any time oriented valued person, because there are some person who has not enough time to discuss with this type ( MR GIRISH AGARWAL of ARC Manindra College counter).
Please reply and do the needful at the earliest.

worst customer care services. worst prepaid and post paid services too.
i have experienced the worseness of both.
Never the call to customer care will be connected to any cc executive.
if its not possible to take care of the services, its better close the network instead of suffering customers like this.
For post paid even if the bill is paid online it will not be reflected properly and the bill will be sent for full amt. even after paying the bill only after 2-3 days only the services will be revoked.
irritating network i have never seen before.

Had taken connection 15 days back giving all my details to their representative. They disconnected the outgoing & pocket internet saying they havn’t received the documents. Submitted documents last Friday but still the connection is not activated. The call center people just don’t understand your problem…half the time their system’s are down & they ask u to call after 2- 4 hours…& when their system’s r up they don’t have any answers…The worst cellular operators & worst customer care.
