i am ambrose. i use airtel number for past more then three years. in my plan, reduce one rupee for a day .please reply can i change another plan.if possiple, what i can change my plan

Sir,
I am a customer of Aircel prepaid for a long period of time (around 4-5 yrs) and a heavy user. I recharged online with a top up of Rs. 508 (transaction no- KOR11080220361100686) on 02.08.2011. Today at around noon I was contacted over phone by someone from Aircel .I am a doctor by profession and I was very busy with my patients.She started the conversion like -’sir, you are a lucky and valuable customer and you will get Rs 252 talk time absolutely free from Aircel, ‘ and she continued talking at a lightning speed ,I didn’t understand what she was saying. I just said ok ok, thank you and finally cut the phone to get rid of her.Now, in the evening I saw that Rs. 126 disappeared from my balance.I contacted customer care and now being told that on verbal confirmation ( I don’t know ,how do u people tell this a consent) , your worthless company deducted Rs 126 from my balance/account and put me in a offer which I never wanted. I have a question. “you can call ,inform about new offers, send service messages but how dare you snatch money from your customers account and put them in another offer (which seems to me worthless) against their will? ” Don’t tell me that contacting over phone gives you the power to do so. I have decided to change the network because the customer care officer told me, he can’t do anything. I will wait for your reply to take further action.

Aircel postpaid customer care is the worst service in this world. The agents dont know how to speak with the customers. for unnecessary things they will be keep on calling but when we have some problem in the sim card thoes idiots will paly with us.
I WILL REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE AIRCEL POST PAID .
