I’m using Pocket Internet for more than one month and I can say it meets all the promises of the advertisements. The rates are quite low and the internet speed is also very good. I should mention about the proper customer care also. Whenever I face any problem/confusion regarding it I just call them up and they resolve it immediately.

i bought a new aircel connection and i am very happy taking the decision choosing aircel as my connection . they provide unlimited internet access for 1 month in just 98 rs. it provides a pretty good speed .i use aircel through my pc and it gives at least 90kb/s and i am comfortable with that speed.

unlimited internet plan 98 is well good but browsig speed is very slow.
You must increase your rates to Rs150 per month on unlimited internet plan but u ust increase the speed uto 200-250kbps.
If u can do this, the market of aircel will also increase to good extent.

You can connect PI to your PC.
You need to connect your mobile to your PC via datacable/bluetooth/infrared. after it just make a new dial up connection. select modem (which represents your mobile phone like bluetooth modem or standard usb modem etc.)
leave blank the fields username and password.
dial up number is *99***1#.
got to device manager->modems-> your modem-> properties.
unter advanced tab enter — AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”aircelgprs” –
Done.. enjoy…

For settings, sms PI to 121.
Note:- If you recharge Rs.14/- at monday7.00pm it will not come upto thursday7.00pm. It will come upto Wednesday 11.59pm only. Remember it and try to recharge in morning times.

Aircel pocket internet is only for your
mobiles but not for pc’s because of it’s slow speed !!
You can use this service through pc but speed is not for browsing or downloading,you can say that this service is only to check your emails.

I have been using Aircel since mid – September… The speed was great (5-10 KB/s for downloads) until Christmas week… since then even low data web pages take ages to download…. Their customer care phone numbers keep on ringing without anyone attending…. Once I was answered to after almost 25 mins on the phone…. Searching for another service provider with unlimited browsing..

if you not connect your aircel to pc
goto pc suite-connect to the internet-configure-configure the connection manually-access point type the aircelgprs or aircelgprs.com-blank username & password & other information i think it will efect the most

I have activated Aircel PI in my Nokia E75 and successfully connected to my PC also. One thing all u should do is
Install Nokia PC Suite in u r pc’s and all to customer care then tell u r handset model so that the executive will send u the settings as a configuration message in the call itself. At the same time he/she will ask to change some settings in u r mobiles (if compatible). In u r pc also after installing Nokia PC Suite some settings will be said by the customer care executive. follow them and stay connected to u r pc.
I purchase 3 sims and activated succesfully and using successfully. so dont worry they will help u.

I am using aircelgprs on my mobile nokia 7210 supernove. But speed is too slow to connect to any site. Signals are too weak to download any data even less than 1 mb. Often the interenet is disconnected during making connection to the site. Aircel is requested to improve the service and increase the speed.
