Procedure To Connect Aircel Online To Pc
1.Connect your mobile phone to your pc..
2.Open your NOKIA Pc Suite.
3.Then Select CONNECT TO INTERNET…
4. In modem selecting division…. Select your mobile.( eg: Nokia3230 usb modem, Nokia 6600 blue tooth modem)
5.Leave the Network operator selection[ mainly Aircel(TN),Aircel (Chennai) ]
6. Select Configure the connection manually
7. Select Acces point: aircelgprs.pr
8. Leave the Another setting’s..
9. That’s all…. Finish the setup and connect to internet…

What’s the speed of the internet when connected on PC ?
The customer care guy said that it is 460kbps.
But it feels slower than even 64kbps… 460kbps toh door ki baat hai…
460kbps is just the connection speed however it will be very slow.Acceesing speed of around 50kbps and downloading speed of just 5-6kbps.Dial up connections are low speed connection bro.

first install the phone modem(usbmodem or bluetooth).
now go to device manager->modems->’your modem’->properties->advanced
enter string — at+cgdcont=1,”ip”,”aircelgprs” –
make a dialup connection with no. *99***1#

My samsung s3310 pc studio doesnot work with aircel gprs but it work with airtel gprs. Aircel customer care officel were very iresponcible.

Its not so easy to modemise your phone as you mentioned:p
first you should them, how to install cable drivers on the pc(yes to the noobs;P)
once they have installed it on comp.. make a dial up on pc suite using this access point(valid for all India)

note: i was once a critique of aircel gprs cause i never was able to make a connection using it… but i found that when you keep the phone on door’s frame or something heigher of the room its works well… for this you should/and can only use bluetooth (which again is basically a laptop funct./you have bluetooth dongles with yours)

Just open the PC suite…
If your phone is shown in the right side of the screen then click on connector which you people will find in the applications category. Click on add conn.
Select the modem as s3310 and select your appropriate operator. Get connected.
BSNL Prepaid conn doesnt work with s3310.

This error is a global error!
This is due to the PC suite’s predefined settings for BSNL.
It has an access point name as: http://www.e.po, which was a correct settings for postpaid users. po refers to Postpaid.
But the settings for Bsnl is now changed. Its accesspoint name is now bsnlwap for mobile use and bsnlnet for PC use.
But there is no way to change the predefined access point in Samsung PC Studio. So you are helpless right now. And me too because i too have a s3310 and a Cell one conn. Currently I am using it through Sony Ericsson K310i. But i could suggest you a Reliance connection as it works with it efficently and is cheap too. Can any one tell where i can get the Static IP for Mobile GPRS (SIM) connection. I want to use the SIM card with GPRS modem to transfer the data from one terminal to other terminal. I understand except India all the other country we can get the static IP with each SIM card? Is that facility avilable with any of the service provider in India? How i can trasfer the file from one location to other location through GSM / GPRS technology (mobile technology)? The file size may be approx 100 Mb per day. Can any one help me to get the solution?

First save these setting on ur mobile.
Profile Name- AO
Web Page- http://www.google.com
Account Name- aircelweb (in small letters)
Access Point Name- aircelweb (in small letters)
Ip address-0.0.0.0
Proxy Port-0
After saving these settings restart ur mobile.
NOW……
Insert ur bluetooth dongle in a com port.
If u r connecting with plug and play bluetooth device then go to control panel and select bluetooth device. Pair ur mobile with the device by giving the passkey as 1. Now go to phone and modem option and click on modems tab. Select ur bluetooth device and click on properties. In the dialog box that appears click on advanced tab. In the field of extra initialization command type AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”aircelweb”,
then click ok. close phone and modem and by clicking ok. Now go to network and internet connections in control panel. Click on create a new connection on the left side of the window. After that click next. Then select connect to the internet. then click next. Then select st up my connection manually and click next. Then click connect using a dial up modem. Then give ISP name aircel and click next. Then give phone number *99# and click next. Then uncheck the first checkbox and click next. Then add shortcut and click next. Then in the network connection double click the aircel connectin. When asked for dialing click on properties and click on configure and set the maximum speed to 921600. Then check all the boxes but dont check show terminal window. click ok in all the window and then connect. If u follow all the steps given above then I am 100% sure that u will be able to connect. If anynone wants any kind of information to connect using AIRCEL then email me please. I will provide all the information because I CONNECT USING MY AIRCEL VERY VERY EASILY.

auto select modem by pc suite if it’s not appear nokia 5130 xpress usb modem, then select it by list,then click next,
the solution for ur query is: 1) install nokia pc suite in ur laptop,
2) open it after installing pc suite,
3)connect your nokia 5130 phone by usb data cable,
4)after connected windows will install ur phone modem,
5)afer displaying on screen phone is successfully added to computer, close the box and open the window of pc suite
6)ur phone will appear on pc suite window, on right side icons in pc suite select connect to the internet,
7)it will automatically dial ur connection, end it by pressing it again
now click on setting,
9)if u r using airtel, aircel, vodafone, then select it from ‘your network oerator list’ and select on finish mark or ok mark.
10)It will show the connect box , click on connect,now u get connected to the internet after show the”connection established using” and also ur phone modem name.
open your browser nd enjoy internet.
11) if ur network operator is not in list followed upto (9), then select configure
the connection manually, put your access point on and click finish.
12)now press “connect” nd u get connected , open browser nd enjoy internet.
13) for access point : open ur configuration setting select access pont nd see details u will see there “access point: ……………”. make it default setting,on phone.
