I am using your service (prepaid) for last two years out of that for last 1 year I am unable to dial from my prepaid account because whenever I am refilling the account your airtel people are cutting money from my account towards VAS which I have not opted for. Many times I have visited your store and I never get satisfactory reply. Airtel authority always says that you will get your debited money back within 24 hours but till today I have not received a single paisa from Airtel. But whenever I refill the account you immediately cut the money. I am almost every day talking to your customer care, they also answer the same way (you will get your money back within 24 hrs.)

Airtel customercare guys are very smartass only to reply. They have been trained to act so. They’ll never do anything in practical. Better throw away your SIM and get another one from Voda phone.

    Airtel’s — Year 2010 Agenda …

We are going to Increase the price and not give anykind of services, and when you (the customer calls) make lame excuses to delay and not solve the problem.

    Aitel Motto 2010
Increase in Price and decrease in Service/speed ….

I have been using airtel Mobile office since last 3 years …. on 2 different sim cards prepaid and billing from the same location ( my home , Mumbai Central (East) …

When i first got Prepaid mobile office …. before 3 years

Price per day for Unlimited internet 7 Rs/ Speed which i got about 12 to 20 KBps download …… very good ….

    Before a year and a half ……
Price Per day for unlimited internet 15 Rs/ Speed which i got about 7-9 KBps download …. okey dokey …..

Since last six months or so ……
Price per day for unlimited Internet Rs 25 / Speed which we get …..less than 1 Kbps …. 200 to 250 and max 400 bytes / Sec ….

All in all useless speaking to all their Customer care associates …

when i complained about slow browsing from PC by using mobile office airtel

also informed them that i also have vodafone and aircel whose speed are working good using the same pc,cable and mobile …….

but only when i connect airtel i get slow speed ….using the same pc,cable and mobile

the excuses i got from them …

    1. Please use another mobile
    2. your setting are having problem … please delete and setup configuration again ….
    3. clear the cache
    4. Use any other browser ….
    5. remove opera mini from your mobile and install bolt
    6. your sim might have some problem please get it checked in the airtel retail store
    7. Switch off the phone and then switch it on and try again later.
    8. Reset your mobile to factory default.
9.Your problem will be solved in 24 hours …i.e. 24 working hours means atleast 3-4 days ….
    etc etc etc …….

i have all the sim cards available in jharkhand that is– airtel idea reliance vodafone uninor docomo aircel bsnl
2 yes ago i was using airtel gprs in whch i were getting 5 kbps.when newly docomo launched here i bought the sim and tried to connect net HMMMM it was really nice i was getting 25 kbps i was very happy.it was january 2010.as the customer of docomo incresed it had the adverse effect on GPRS.in other words the ntwk congestion occured.and now i am getting only 4 kbps with my docomo…..
we can say increse in customers causes decrease in net speed …
    NOT ONLY THIS
    uninor launched its free gprs till 6 may 2010.for this i bought the sim @ Rs.50 & got Rs43.33 TT.no matter…
when i trid to open a site it took 2 mins, but that site did not open…thats not all when i connected uninor via usb and dialled the connection it showed me 734 PPP PROTOCOL
was terminated….when i called the CC they told me “REMOVE UR SIM AND THEN RUB AFTER THAT U TRY U LL SURELY BE ABLE TO CONNECT”

HAha but that was not…….HUH NEVER BUY UNINOR

SO pls i am requesting u pls pls pls pls dont buy uninor whatever it may cost u.

I also had problem with my GPRS. Then I called up Airtel customer care. They told me to do the following things: -

    1. Switch off yr mobile.
    2. Take out yr SIM card.
    3. Clean the SIM.
    4. Put it inside a glass of raw milk.
    5. Put a Sindoor(Vermilion) Tikka on yr Display.
    6. Wash the Battery with “Tulsi Pani”.
    7. Let it dry for 1 hour and then try again.

I did all but there is no display on my mobile!!!
These are customer care or something else?
