Airtel Gprs Activation Complaint- Customer Care Blocked
Below complaint shows how Airtel is depriving its customer when they need them just to save the customer care cost.
I am gaurav from new delhi. My mobile no is 9717439606. My handset is motorola rocker e6
I want to activat GPRS connection on my mobile. But gprs connection settings are not there in my mobile.
I have called customer care for gprs settings download on my mobile but my customer care are blocked.
I could not call customer care please open my customer care helps.
so i want help from you please help me and activate mobile-office/gprs on my mobile and give me gprs settings on mobile.

I would like to bring your kind notice that I have sim of Airtel bearing mobile no 9928131319 since more than 3 year and I have deposited copy of photo id of my driving license as a proof of photo/address id. I surprised to know that my incoming and outgoing call has been stopped without intimation to me. It is highly irregularities of your field functionaries. When I contacted 7-8 time in Airtel customer care No 9850098500 it was wrongly guided me that I have request for block of the Sim. I am working in a reputed office Govt of India and I have saved so many telephones no in my above mobile sim but it was stopped without any intimation to me. I want to know what the processor of block to the sim. If you will fail to reason of block my sim with in 3 days I will made the necessary complaint in consumer form.

i purchase new sim No. 9810840010 in new delhi 07.07.2010,till today(19.07.2010)this number was not activated, shopkeeper told me that your address and ID proof and photo all papers have deposited in airtel’s office.

i am using Airtel connection,mobileno:9567674086 .I activate the airtel gprs Rs 98 for 1month usage of net.But i can’t increase downloading speed.that is very low(maximum 3kb/sec).i am using nokia 2730 classic mobile and i connect to my pc via datacable for browsing & downloading .but browsing and download speed very very low speed.can u overcome this problem?.my pc ram 2gb and my mobile is new generation mobile then what problem of low speed.also i have get high range but can’t overcome this problem.

fraud network it doesn’t give proper solution to the customer if you call airtel customer
care more than two times your phone number is blocked you do’t talk with customer

Email me if satisfied,unsatisfied,or facing problems. 1/note that gprs tower and calling network tower are different .The gprs tower is not shown in ur handset.But gprs tower depends on ur network tower. 2/you are going to connect your gprs enabled handset with a dish that comes with ur dish tv or tata sky…. 3/how? u have to bring out two wires one from the tower boosting socket its round golden colour having a hole in it near the nrtwork ic.And another from the tower ground and not the chasis ground.it may be a thin shit of copper or tin…. 4/then connect the two wires with the wire of the dish not connected with the dish box.no dish box is requred. 5/Am an expart hardware so dont try this with the cable line of local cable provider bec it possess live voltages. 6/so thats all try the ultimate speed with gprs using my tricks thanksssssssssss…

I used internet with mobile office but many times it connected to airtel live, so that many games other unnecessary things are downloaded, and also cricket alerts activated,
I called many times but they not given proper answer and said not having any activations,

I am Priya Kakkar .I have registered a complaint regarding internet connectivity issue , My complaint is closed without providing an appropriate solution regarding the issue.I have even dropped a mail on 121@in.airtel.com there also same thing happened , no replies yet.Also the executives at your end even the supervisor place the customer call on hold for an hour and then they disconnect the call
