Airtel Corporate Connection Complaint

Complaint for punjab corporate airtel no.9815650044 surrendered on 17.23.2009

Sir,
I had such a bitter experience in dealing with Airtel that I will not recommend Airtel to even any distant enemy.

Even today your local airtel postpaid office not guided me, and your helpline 121,9896012345,198 inspite of repeated calls not helped for my genuine grievance.

I had a connection post paid corporate no.9815650044 whilst my posting at Patiala (Punjab) and on my transfer to Ambala (Haryana) as Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd. I surrendered connection to your Ambala Office vide Sr.No.21049329 on 17.3.2009 under proper acknowledgement by one Rinki ,Vijay Associates, but to my utter surprise I received a notice from your advocate Lex Icons, New Delhi dt.3.10.09 informing that bills on above no.are unpaid and threatening words were used giving reference of various sections of IPC like that I have committed a crime by purchasing a connection of Airtel.
I replied to that notice on 20.10.09 sending therein acknowledgement. As no communication was received from company, no reply could be sent to Airtel and moreover no address is given anywhere.
Surprisingly, on 6.5.2010 I have received very rough telephonic calls from no.09559369495 stating that I am speaking from Tishazari Court for settlement of Airtel dispute and to talk to advocate RK.Sharma at 09044996048 and when contacted, they repeated that I have not paid the bills for 1335. Whereas I confirm nothing is outstanding. I visited your airtel ambala office also on 6.5.2010 and they confirmed that connection was received on 17.3.2009 by their employee Rinki but on checking record it was found that no intimation was given to higher office. They assured to sort out the matter with seniors.
The attitude on part of such a big group has pained me too much and I am handing over the papers to my solicitor for filing defamation for unnecessarily harrasing me if I do not receive from you a satisfactory reply and assurance that I will not receive any such letters/phone from Co.in future.

    We are having corporate connections accross in India, made spacial plan for KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd.

    We are from chhattisgarh and here we are in touch with your representative Mr. Rajesh (Mobile No. 9893198271) but he is not responding even though we are following for new airtel post paid connection since last 12days. Today He supose to our office for a meeting regarding various issues and we are waiting for him since morning.

    Kindly respond us immedietly, if you value customer.

    on 23.7.2010 I have received very rough telephonic calls from no.09559369495 stating that I am speaking from Tishazari Court from delhi and we sent a notice, and still you didnt reply… blah blah, dispute and to talk to advocate RK.Sharma at 09044996048 and when contacted, they repeated that I have not paid the bills for 1183.

    Whereas I confirm from Airtel office nothing is outstanding.

    it means this is a FAKE call from DELHI,

    so people please be careful of this type of call,
