Airtel Gprs Speed Sucks! Who is Responsible ?
Nowadays Airtel Gprs Speed is getting slower day by day, as I remember one year ago I received good service from airtel, the downloading speed was about 20-26 KBPS (200 kbps) . But now it had decreased to 2-5 KBPS not just in one region, everywhere its speed sucks. What the hell!
So, my question is who is responsible for this, generally people say that Airtel sucks, they claim that airtel itself is responsible for this situaltion . That could be a reason but I personally think that the gprs hacking is one of the main reason behind. Using of download managers could also be another reason.
I mean there are many techniques for gprs hacking available like Ucweb, Teashark or changing ip adress etc. There are many peoples who are using free Airtel gprs , even in my city I found many young lads who are enjoying free internet on pc\laptop through gprs, this techniques has now spreaded everywhere. Everyone wants free internet.
While people like me who are paying for this service and desire high internet speed are not getting the value of their money. This also led me to move on Reliance plug and surf internet, which gives good speed of 160 kbps.

i m also facing such condition my gprs works slow at certain time some time its speed become zero in full signal and in range, my suggetion is that airtel himself should decide to compensate the charges back to their consumer

air tel is responsible for slow speed if some body hijaked the system ,it is the responsibility of system provider to protect the system till consumer end.for example if breadwala brings tore packet of bread to ur door will u take that packet i m sure no, than who will take responsibility sure k bread wala will take them back and he will compensate him self ,like this airtel is also responsible for not securing their loop hole

AIR TEL IS CHEATER I DISCONNECTED MY GPRS FROM MY MOB BUT THEY CONTINUOUSLY DEDUCTED GPRS CHARGES FOR 1/2 A MONTH,WHILE I WAS TALKING N COMPLAINING 2 CUSTOMERCARE REGULARILY BUT EACH DAY THEY WERE ASSURING ME K FROM TODAY NO CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCT AGAIN IN MORNING THEY DEDUCT THE CHARGE,ON INTERROGATION THEY SIMPLY REPLY SIR WE R SORRY OUR SERVER IS DOWN PL CALL AFTER 1OR 2 HOUR,AFTER THAT ON CUSTOMER CARE NO BODY WILL ATTEND UR CALL AND A PRE RECORDED VOICE WILL COME (PLEASE SEND UR QUERRIES WITH IN ….WORDS TO 121 WE WILL CONTACT U WITH IN 24 HOURS,I ASK 1 QUESTION TO BLOODY CHEATER WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR WRONG DEDUCTION AND HARRASMENT
