I am a Virgin vGide mobile (9272115561) user.It’s speker was not working.So I contact virgin service center (ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT LTD) at pune on 03-aug-2009.My COMPLAIN ID is 09094865500019 .Still it was not corrected aftre 45 days.They have not given my mobile.I have only one mobile.It is very difficult to tolerate this thing.I always expect good service from you.It is away from my expectation.So please take a necessary action on this.Hope for your better service.

When buying the mobile u told u’ll be getting 100 local & 100 std messags free for life long & calls will be 50p after 3 months but all the offers promised by the dellers are not true cos i got a call from cust care saying call charges will charge u 1 Re for first 3 call n after that 50p per call , and same for the sms also 3 rs for first 3 sms and after that free sms’s , and 10p will not get credited 0nly 5p itseems , so let me know when i can return my mobile

i m running my mobile recharge shop and cyber cafe. virgin mobile dealer has came to my office and offered currency sales and i have started the same and asked dealer to provide banner and he said he will send by evening and till today i have not received the banner and also without banner it is impossible to sell the currency. the basterd dealer is no picking the call itself. what kind of suport they will give to there customer, god only know. if to retailer they are not responding than what about end user. this company is hopless and will not run for long time.

From last 4 days i am not able to do any call to any number from my virgin mobile and not getting any incoming calls too. (All incoming and outgoing calls are stopped). I have complaint to customer care also (No- VTL07073738) and the person name is Mr.Amol he said that the services will be started with in 24 hrs but 72 hrs passed still my mobile services has not yet started.

I have purchased VLink mobile prepaid broadband No. 9278401413. For last couple of days not able to get internet connection. Recing error No 721. Called the customercare twice today and on both occassions I have been informed that I have been connected to a department other than Vlink and was informed that my complaint is being forwarded to concerned person who will contact within a couple of hours. No action so far. it is really disappointing.

hi i am fiza and would like to infrom you that some day back i had went to city center to buy idlea sim card and due to some problem i did not get it but i just went to ask at virgin counter some guy called mr sumit to me that that i can give u u have to pay me 400 rs and ans when i came out i got to now that sim card was free of cost such a branded company and you cheat your customer like this plz take some kind of action againts him

hi i am fiza from mumbai and would like to infrom you that some days i had went to city center in mumbai (near mumbai center) to buy idlea sim card and to some problem i did not get it but when i just went to virgin counter some guy called mr sumit he told me that he is T.L of that particular area so i got trust on him i ask him that can i get idlea sim card he told me yes but i have to pay 400 rs .i took form him and went but later i got to now that the sim card was free of cost SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY and CHEAT your CUSTOMER like this plz take some kid of action against mr sumit
