I have purchased a vFlash data card on 15th of July 2010
I have written ample number of times to Virgin customer care about my complain, but my request is not entertained.
My Reference No of complaint – 229987985 dated 27th July 2010.
During time of purchase I was promised a laptop bag as a gift, to be shipped within 7 days. It is already over 3 weeks but nothing has been done so far.
Someone Mr. Sunder from Virgin customer care always replies to my mail that within next 24 hrs I will get a call which never happens.
It is a pathetic service. I will never recommend virgin vFlash to anybody. All kinds of promises are totally fake and the virgin customer care has no respect for the sentiments of there customers.
Please do not fall prey of promises of GOA HOLIDAY VOUCHER and LAPTOP BAG!!

Today my Virgin mobile no.9293704843 (CDMA)has been stolen from my house in Chilakalaguda, Secunderabad, AP along with some cash. A complaint is lodged in Chilakalaguda Police Station and the loss of mobile is also reported.
When I am calling my no. it is ringing.Is it possible to trace the location even if the phone is not taking he calls.

I am a Virgin Customer holding mobile number 9230882500 (Location Kolkata,India).
I have raised a complaint in customer case, ref. ticket number VTL07486892, raised on 13 June 2011(6:13 PM GMT), as per your co-ordinator ticket may raise next 18 hours after log of tickets but near about 40 hours has covered problem yet not been resolved.
Problem: Outgoing & Incomming facility stopped and also unable to check balance.
