Sir,
I have been using cellone for the past 7 years and till now hadn’t had any complaint. But now, even though I have paid the bill promptly on 23rd March, 09 at 10.34 a.m. at Channapatna Post Office ( post paid) 9448055274, Channapatna, Bangalore Rural, my outgoing calls have been cutoff with repeated “Call Restricted” messages. This is causing many problems in making important calls. Though we contacted customer care, there doesn’t seem to be any positive response from them and the problem hasn’t been solved in spite of repeated complaints. It will be nice if anyone looks into this problem and solves it immediately.

Dear Sir,
This is Mr. P S Goswami a prepaid mobile customer for last four years. Recently I am facing a problem regarding internet connectivity. I use Rs.152 GPRS scheme and get net access in ti my PC through mobile. But from 5 April, 2009 I am not getting the service due to might be some technical problem. I made a complaint to customer care and got docket no3577240 but no positive response I have got so far. Repeatedly I made another complaint with same issue on 14 April. But even till date my problem has not been solved. I have spoken to customer care several times. When I use to connect my PC through mobile I get a message Error 734: PPP link control protocol was terminated.
My request to you that please look into the matter seriously and instruct your good office to solve the problem as early as possible.

has been deducted without any schem activated. i have given the complaint in customer care 4-5 times .i have also talked to senior officer but all the time i m given the time of 24 hours. now 20 days have gone.but no refund of money or no massage is from bsnl.
please tell me how i get my money back

i am currently using bsnl excel sumo plan..it alerted me of some astrological alerts and others..i just gave activation of the astrological alerts…after a month,it was again activated for the next month which was against my wish..it already took my 30 rupees balance…i have tryed and deactivated it but my balance remains the same of 30 rupees shortage…won’t the 30 rupees add to my account even after my deactivation??

Every month an amount Of Rs 19.00 is being deducted from from pre paid mobilefor Music Station. But I never subsribe it. As per customer care’s instruction I try to Unscribe it but by the No. 1263000019. The sound is so noisy it can not be heard clearly.Again an amount of Rs 15.00 is deducted. My number is +919463185391 and i am from Ludhiana, last month i activate a service named backup service 30 rupees per month, but now i want to deactivate this service and i call to coustmer service they says me to send UNSUV to 58989 Then i receive a msg from 58989 they says BSNL mobile phone backup service could not perform the operation. please send help to 58989 to receive information on how to backup your phone. could you please confirm me, what can i do for deactivation of this service.

Three months before i subscribe to BSNL Music Station. I have used one once or twice this service. Then i decided to unsubscribe it but I can’t connect to the no. 12630033 (which is for Music Station Service) since last 2 and Half month.
I have also call at customer care about this, But no good result found. Now Since last Month or More Customer Care No. i.e.9400024365 is also not connected by my mobile and when is dial this no. the reply is This Number does not exist.
Please take necessary action and The Officials of BSNL can ask my Mobile NO. at my E-mail ID Or Can Give their Contect no. So that I can Contect them

i purchased my bsnl sim before a month. i got my sim recharged with Rs. 230 mobile gprs plan. It worked well for one month. now my validity is over, i went to get my sim recharged with this plan again, but the recharge failed. since 2 days m trying to get this recharge but every time it fails. I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by your department personnel. For the last 15 days, here no bsnl mobile phones are working properly because of the net work problem. In spite of several complaints no action has yet been taken by your department. I had given complaints to Khor exchange and Jawad exchange, and also to the bsnl customer service centre (complaint number-3145567). It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.

For the past One month, I am facing lot of problems with the service of BSNL. I am not receiving calls from other side properly. We are a very old customer of BSNL Excel Anant sim.Actually I came to know that we can convert our existing Anant Plan to Saral Anant Plan by just sending an sms.I confirmed it accordingly from the customer care and send it to the given number on 17th July 2009.But after that no action was taken from the company’s side to convert the plan.It was said that I would be receiving a sms mentioning that the Saral Anat plan has been activated.But I didn,t receive anything like that after which I made repeated complaints to the customer care, which was of no use.The number is in my father’s name; Manoj Kumar Mukherjee, No: 9431159136.

i am from kolkata .on 19 july i had taken two sim of BSNL of kolkata circle offring the facility called DOSTI through which three mobile & a land number is given unlimitaded free.
after geting the sim from the delear i send an sms according to the priscribed format (DOSTI mob1 landno.(without the std code))and send it at there address no. then after whenever i called the customer care they either tell us that the system is not working or the no. has not been registered .like this it continued and at last they told on 25 th of july that the no. has been regitered . though i have not got any conformartory message or call from the department.
now the problem is that the facility is not been provided of dosti to my number yet . i hope you will take some strict steps and will ensure that the problem gets solved soon and would make me obiliged towars you . my numbers are 9432840515&9432840517

this was to bring this issue into your notice that i have been experienced with BSNL mobile connection(pre-paid),i have send 3 sms since morning to activate my DOSTI plan & have been calling the Customer Care for the confirmation of that offer,but nothing has been done for it,i am always been told that i have to wait for some time,well the service is not fast enough,i knew that it should hardly take 4Hrs to activate after i send the sms,but now i have been waiting for a complete day but no progress,hence there was no other option but i had to complaint in this column.

I was the regular,genuine, most revenue payer customer of BSNL Excel,M.P. since 2003 even when I shifted to Delhi I was recharging my account continuoulsy but due to my Abroad visit and lots of pendancy of works in Supreme Court I could not recharge my account on proper time bywhich the service provider company failed my registration and denied to renue my number by my name again I requested many time stating if You impose any levy I will accept that even though they didnot issue same again this a bad side of company I would like to attract company higher and highest officer please issue my no. i.e. 9425122646 again bywhich company can get more benefit these type better consumer other wise neither I will take any product of this company or nor suggest anyone.Furthermore If You ignore this sms it would be harmful for your company and better for Private companies to survive in this present scenario we will suggest all people to go through with private companies other than your’s so kindly pleased to issue same no. by my name as soon as it is possible.

I am your prepaid customer for the last few years. My mobile number is 0-9433948532. I am using your Anant services since more than 18 months whereby I can call two numbers (one landline & one mobile) at much reduced rates. Recently I wanted to replace those two numbers by another set of two numbers which are now my priority and wanted to add then to the reduced calling list instead of the earlier no’s.
As suggested by the customer centre on last Saturday/Sunday I had sent an sms to 53733 by typing:

Again as I didn’t get any confirmation I again spoke to the customer care centre & again sent on Tuesday. Even yesterday I had sent the same sms but in vain. Thus I would request you to help me out in this case as I would like to avail the cheap calling facility for these 2 numbers.

15 days back i purchased a new bsnl prepaid SIM and its been more than five days its not working, no:- 94784-90266,jallandhar city. Network coverage is full but it always demands select network OR show emergency calls only. when i do search for networks cellone is there but when i select Cellone, the error comes ,Forbidden network. Kindly please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

I am having a prepaid and postpad bsnl mobile phone connection from the last 4-5 years on the name of RAJESH JAIN bearing number 9448293427 kantilal 9448937420, bhawarlal 9448486563 suresh 9448536743 . I am having too much network problem at my complex i.e. when I am at shop my mobile shows low network. Neither do i recieve any phone call properly do i can make any phone calls. Sub:- SMS received for getting ‘breaking news’ from BSNL tieup partner BT-55888
Charges for the service not mentioned
I applied for the facility as per the instruction thinking that it is a free service.
Then came the reply for the acceptence of the subscription and deduction of charges – Rs 20/-
Ref:- My cell no: 944-740-4203
The first SMS came from the number BT-55888 on 16/12/2009 at 2.06pm
Received an SMS from BT-55888 which reads
‘Always keep yourself updated with the breaking news of the day. Send BRK for breaking news to 55888′.
No charges were mentioned.
Thinking that this is a free service I sent the SMS as per the instruction.
Next came the reply that I am charged Rs 20/- for the subscription.
Even though the SMS is from a private party it must have a tie up with BSNL as the amount deducted is from my cell account.
This is a clear cut case of cheating of the public.
They should have shown the charges (Rs 20/-) in the first SMS itself.
So I request you to refund the amount immediately and close my subscription for the ‘breaking news’.

Worst behaviour from customer care. on 21 DEC 2009… on a call from my number (9495****25) to enquire about bsnl tunes. My phone had some problem and worked only on loudspeaker. The customer care official was reluctant to help me and shouted at me three times to turn off loudspeaker. It was absolute misbehaviour and such a guy does not deserve a job in a relationship office.

Every month an amount Of Rs 30.00 is being deducted from MY pre paid mobile for caller tune subscription from cell one Music Station. But I never subsribe it. As per customer care’s instruction I try to Unscribe it but by the No.1263000019. I am a BSNL excel prepaid customer. My number is 9444464560. I didn’t subscribe for Music station and even don’t know what’s that. I am getting messages from +12630019 regarding Music Station and it charges Rs.19 every month.
Please kindly deactivate that Music Station service as soon as possible. Thanks.

To unsubscribe from BSNL Music Station, just dial 12630033 from your bsnl number and unsubscibe it. Actually when i tried to unsubscribe, it talked in Hindi. But I could understand that 4 is the number to be entered for Music Station Unsubsciption

sir my name is ranjitt , the mobile no is 9480002200 taken the sim from bangalore in 2006 almost using it for 4 years the call charges are 1.2rs for all local mobiles except bsnl. for bsnl mobiles it is 1.00 and std it is 2.4rs ,with unlimited local sms .we cannot even migrate from the existing plan pls do some help i am a students, today people are talking with 1p which world the the bsnl is in …
