Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchase BSNL prepaid SIM card of mobile No 9444379126 from dealer at Ashok Nagar Chennai . I have purchase this No before 10 days , but till days only incoming call is enable.

So for as concern, I already submitted contextual document for evidences.But I don’t know what else your personnel need.

Please do needful in this regards

My gprs is not working in my bsnl cell one mobile no-8986871503 since last month,
it is a post paid phone .please healp.
