The customer care numbers are useless, no one picks up phone there. The bsnl broadband connection is terrible, keeps disconnecting all the times, every 25-30 mins it disconnects atleast ones. And many times does not work for hours. Why the hell you people are taking money for all the time if you are not able to give the service properly. I think you BSNL should be fined for this.
Very very disappointed, as you also don’t find any one to talk to.

bsnl broadband is not working properly while running it is asking dialup connection user name and password so please send user name and password .
The customer care numbers are useless, no one picks up phone there.

Recently I have installed Broadband connection in my phone (no- 0755-2481289), but I am unable to check my usage in absence of portal id & password.

the broadband connection is very expensive. because the uses counted by the server are incorrect. and all the maails which we are seeing above they are correct. useing only 4 day, it displays 869MB downloaded. which is incorrect

I have been trying to the customer care no response the computer at ur end is working properly but the customer care executive is not there it seems the auto response says the call will be transfered to our executive but no response the time is now 9.15am

It has been pathetic expereince to work with Custome rcare division.
As long as tghe connection works it has been great however the Hyderabad Divisional and Local BSNL Broadbad connection people have been pathetic.

This letter is for BSNL.
I am using BSNL 750UL Plan.I know it has 256kbps(download speed is 32KB/s).But it was very slow.I am taken this plan for is only downloading.But it is very slow.
So please increase the bandwidth 256kbps to 512kbps for 750UL plan.
So please help me…..

I do not think BSNL have any customer care support system.
The no provided above seem to be fake. I tried all the above no just to hear that “check the no you dialled”.
Iam using 750 unlimited plan . It claim to provide 256 kbps speed but for last few day Iam getting download speed in bit/sec . It is pathetic . Worse is that no one is there to hear your problem least to say about fixing it.
There is no hope for BSNL in todays compitative world. It is soon going to ashes…..mark my words.

The Customer Care Centre is not functioning. The BSNL authorities are not caring about the problems of their customers. For what the Customer Care Number: 9440024365? Nobody is attending. I have been receiving useless, vulgar and unwanted sms regarding lottery, songs, caller tunes etc., on my Mobile. There is nobody to receive my complaint about this. Moreover, once I unsusbcribed to a service, again the message centre is taking its own initiative and chasing me on Mobile by renewing it themselves without my consent. How perculiar. It is better to get disconnected from this mobile service. Thank you friends.

Recently we have taken broad band connection from BSNL.After one month we have received the bill for Rs.3869/- that includes modem charges for Rs.1000/-
When we want to clarify the bill amount, no response received from 1504. We have tried to change the password,but not accepting. we are not happy with BSNL.
Subsequently, we delivered a letter by changing the Tarriff.till date no response from their office.
If I do not receive proper reply within a week, I will cancel the broad band connection and go for private net work.
BSNL Higher officials take care other wise they may loose customers in the comming months

I am one of the customer holding a BSNL Broadband connection, i have an issue in connecting another system to the internet connection for which i needed help and tried reaching the customer care numbers but to my surprise none of the numbers are being answered. If you cant provide a valuable service why the hell the customer care numbers are provided on the net. I have been ringing more than 10 times but no one picks up and finally it gets disconnected. Its purely a unsatisfied service i felt and never i got any response. Please look into the quality of service provided carefully else i have to lodge a complaint against you with the service forums.

since 14Feb2010,BSNL broadband connection at my home is not working even after complaint to customer care(1504 & 198 ). which after several compliants not hjave been entertained.
Really we are very disappointed this kind of service.
Meanwhile we got a call from BSNL office, that you have applied for office use under this plan, When we replied that we are deam sure that we applied for only for home plan.

I have been writing this complaint on behalf of my father. Recently he got broadband connection and since then they are not able to use it as it doesn’t connect and not even wireless. He has been complaining everyday but no action has been taken by the office. What is the use of getting broadband connection when your customer care service is not efficient. Your office must have started charging for the service but never listen to the complaint that your customer is in trouble.
Before getting braodband connnection he was recieving calls everyday from office to get it done. But after getting it no one calls and visits after submitting complaints everyday.

1. I have taken a new landline connection with broad band recently (080-23408409)
2. Taken Type 2 Modem (Teracom)
3. The LAN was working fine but Wi-Fi was not working as it was not configured properly.
4. Called cutomer care @1800-424-1600, But the customer care representatives are not skilled enough to solve the technical problems.
5 they asked me to do some steps which is mentioned in their mannual, but it is not worked, Finally they said backend support people will call you in short time.
6 . But no one from the backend support team called me on that day.
7 next day when I called the customer care, again the story started from the start, they asked me to check some basic things, but no Luck. the second day I asked for the reference #. But in the BSNL system there is no ticketing system and hence they will not give reference number. So we cannot ask the status of request/previous call. So when we call next time they will consider it as new request and we need to start with our story again.
8. This is repeated for 5 days but no one from the support tem called me,
9. Finally I understood that, there is no use in calling BSNL customer care, So I started serching the problem in Google and finally I got some solution and it is worked.
10. So finally I come to the conclusion that, the BSNL braod band speed is good, But the service is worst, calling to the customer care is only time waste.
11. But the Telephone -exchange people are good and I got very good response from the telephone exchange (Vijayanagara telephone exchange Bangalore). Reaaly they are responding very well to the customer.

i m using Bsnl from last 3 years its really a useless broadband service… but i dun know why i m still using it. they have worst people in the staff who didn’t know anything.i m using 1000bb plan in which i can use 5gb upto day time and 2am to 8am free.. but i dun get any bill from last 2years and i m not able to check my details as well.. they hv change in the system.. i hv no idea what to do..

Whatever guys, i understand that you are in some problem but let me tell you one thing from my past 1 year experience BSNL is good. Despite it gets hanged up sometimes but believe me its because of your own silly mistakes. So it will be far much better to learn few things about your PC and broadband connection. Then to always look towards BSNL people like a 1 year old child, who cant do a single thing rightly.
As far as the speed and connection is concerned its great, and never they have charged me anything extra too…not till now

its been only a month that i got a BSNL broadband & from very next day it has started misbehaving.
i have launched a complain on to the BSNL sutomer care center but they are so pathetic, i even cant explain.

I opted for BSNL broadband connection & paid Rs. 900/- in cash to the sales agent. He said that I will get the Internet connection in 8 days.
But after 8 days I got the SMS on having the work order number. 4 after that a person visited to varify the address. 3 days after that I got the landline. after that 10 days are over & but there are no signs of the net connection.
BSNL is a BULLSHIT system. It is in-capable of giving a proper responce to the customer. It only COMMITS but not stick to any of its commitments.
We all people should cancel the connection so that BSNL wakes up.
Also FYI – -
There is a service agent ‘Vayusuta communication’ (bangalore)-. I Ihave given my money to this agent & as he is not able to justfy his false commitments, he has switched off his mobile since last 15 days.
As a common man we should protest this & go for a mass cancellation of the BSNL connections. I urge all BSNL holders / to be holders of bangalore to get together & cancel your connections.
I am going to cancel my connection tomorrow.

hi i want to know how much mb r kb i have used in bsnl unlimited broadband service.And it is not properly connecting always there is a connection error occurs once a while if am using continuously.And there is no proper response from customer care center.what is actual problem of not connecting properly in continuous usage of net? reply the remedy for this problem

Sir, it is really frustrating. I can’t go ahead with your serviccce. I am going to disconnect. It is useless. It is disconecting freequently. Last 4 days i don’t have internet access. I complainted many times. No response from your side. So this is the last one. If you can not make it clear, atleast please give me a response.

I am a broadband( B.B.)holder since its inception. My username is R.V.Bhatt. The password selected is also the same from the beginning. Since last several days I donot get uninterupted service of B.B. Morover I am not able to check my user account in spite of using my original username and password.
I want to see my useraccount any way,either bu using my original udername and password, or any change that may be suggested by BSNL.

I have internet boradband connection via. my lanline no 0265-2774670 at my house. Though my telephone is working, but internet gets disconnected very frequently. It is absolutely not possible for me to communicate wih my son staying abroad.Pl. look in to this & set right above stated problem at the earliest.
I hope for prompt action from bsnl.

The mobile no-9438177916 is my mother’s(Bidyutlata Mishra).
She is now in roaming,Tamilnadu.Today it shows that “SIM card Rejected”.
I tried to contact the customer care, but could not talk.
Need your kind help to get it activated as soon possible.

My BSNL broadband has not been working for the past 1 year. Complained many times. So the BSNL staff come to attend the complaint, Either they are not skilled or not bothered. Very very unsatisfied.

I agree. BSNL is SHIT and I’ve been facing MAJOR problems thanks to their crappy and inefficient services.
Moral of the day : NEVER get a BSNL connection ’cause they don’t give a shit about their customers’ enquiries and issues, and care two hoots about solving them.
For starters, their lackadaisical customer ‘care’ (ahem) officials should get off their butt and start picking up calls from rightfully frustrated, dissatisfied and fed up users of their so-called services.

I have applied BSNL broadband connection in May 2010 and paid Rs.500/– along with application. They delayed in giving the connection. Then I cancelled it and till now I didn’t receive my Rs.500 from BSNL. No one picks the customer care phone.

i really hate this bsnl service.i paid for my broad band rs 1000/- deposit. but i was not given any receipt and when i ask the person who took money, there is no proper response from that person. that kind of persons should be removed from the job.the name of the person is krishna and his number is 9494565907.i kindly request some higher authority to take action on him.

The customer care numbers are useless and worst facility in BSNL . The BSNL service should be banned in India. Or Else it is spoiling our Indian country prestige.
In India only these many bull shit company are all cheating people and also lazy guys.

I can try to get BSNL Land line connection to my home. But while I am going to give my application regarding for the same, they are not getting my application form due there is no connection at your area like that they told us. But my near behind of house the broad band land line connection is there even that why they are telling like that I have some doubt kindly clarify me.
Now a Days So many connection somebody disconnected themselves under this condition why they are refusing my application whether they are telling is true or not or otherwise what it is real thing kindly clarify me. I am waiting for your kindly feedback as earlier. Please do the needful.
