(1) BSNL broadband is not working since 11-07-11. Complaint was registered vide no.14042926552 dt.12-07-11. Very ppor response from your end. When complaints are given 2 to 3 days to restore the problem.
(2). Complaint was given against replacement of old telephone instruement with new instruement vide no.137532962 which was closed without any action.

Carmel CMI Public School, Vazhakulam, Muvattupuzha is having a broad band internet connection, unlimited, Rs. 950 per month . We are able to use the fecility only for 10 to 15 days for the past many years. The local service team could not help us due to various reasons, may be beyond thier control.

This type of service is very essential for a school, at this age. Now I am forced to apporach other agencies for such arrangments. Please do rectify the faults and give uninterupted option or please diconect the same so that I look for other options.
