Most of u will agree that this useless bsnl people just end giving you another number from so called concerned department and u will die till u get the right number. For every bsnl employee ur job is not their job…. they suck!!!!!

i ringed up to the customer care executive ,, YES they pick up the calls,, BUT they do not answer properly ,,
THEY GIVE SOME ANOTHER NUMBERS AND TELL US TO TALK TO THEM ,, but these numbers do not satisfy US……
SO PLEASE GUIDE US IN A PROPER WAY SIR …….PLEASE SIR>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I am a customer of BSNL broad band for last 4 years from HRBR ist block, kalyannagar area, I was happy with the service for last 3 years and last year onwards I am facing strange issues, whenever Airtel broadband promotion comes to our Layout, my BSNL broad goes off for many days and weeks, if we complaints also no response from the department,

This time Last one month I am not able to use broad band, many times complained, than response from BSNL, we are getting calls from Airtel broad band!!!!!!!
