Bsnl EVDO Online payment Bangalore

I paid my EVDO bill through bangalore telecom website yesterday night, after paying it gave me a transaction ID. however When i checked the website the next day it was not yet updated in the website and showed as though the bill was not paid at all but the amount was debited from my account.

My question is
1. Is my bill paid or not?
2. How long will it take to update?
