Bsnl Reduces Roaming Rate to local Call Tariff

Bsnl reduced the roaming rates for its 49paise and one paise per second users. In National Roaming rates will be same at 49 paise/min for customers using FRC/STV of all@49. While roaming rates of 1p/s for on-net and 1.2p/sec for offnet calls will apply for customers using FRS/STV for per sec billing.
