I want to recharge my cheers phone worth Rs.46 on 6 June, I paid money to retailer but recharge was not done due to some technical problem or something else. So I called customer care center and they sent me to retailer and language of executive was also not up to the mark. As I talked to retailer he said , talk to customer care.So till date there is no solution to this problem and I did not get any recharge. So please clear this mess and improve your service and either refund the money or make recharge.
