I am a customer of Cheers Mobile services since five months and my experience is very bad from customer care exucitive.
I have send the one local SMS in the mobile no is :-8802328185 and 5/- rupees is detected in my account as per customer care you have send the international SMS and last digit of mobile no 185. He is not connected the seniour exucitive and says that call to next time. 20 days before same problem face and complain id is :–1-2308890892 no one satisfacoty answer given to me. Last call connected to customer care yesterday 4.40pm (Excutive name is Amit) but no one given the satisfacory answer and says that regularly call to next time. This is your service ? If any seniour persone (cheers Mobile) read this massege pls help me to resolved this issue.

I am also a customer of Cheers prepaid Delhi-Region and should say Bad luck to you for this.
I don’t know whether you aware from this news or not that this fraud company will soon shut down it’s service in India.
From last 24h i don’t get signals on my mobile and this problem remain persists from last 1 month at regular basis but this time it’s horrible.
The shopkeeper from where you purchase your SIM should inform you about this news before selling number to you.
It’s my request please don’t leave any balance on your number as it’s services may off any time without prior notification.
