For Example if We select on Premium Song the Total Monthly Cost for caller Tune will Rs.20+11=Rs.31 per month
How do search for my favorite Play Tunes & Code
1.Dial 56789 and select your favorite song to make it your caller tune.(Rs 4/min) or
2.Dial 1503 (toll free from Dolphin/Trump) and ask the call centre search for the song and its code you are looking for
3.Search for yourself from the list of caller tunes by clicking on the MTNL RBT web page link.
Record Your OWN Caller Tune
DIY ( Do It Yourself ) is a special feature of Play Tune provided by MTNL Dolphin/Trump to its existing Playtune customers for ‘RECORD YOUR OWN CALLER TUNE’. Through this the customers can record their choice of PlayTune by using IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System). This is a unique feature that gives the freedom to a PLAYTUNE subscriber to select his choice of song by recording it themselves.
How to use: - To activate this feature the customer has to be a MTNL PlayTune Subscriber
1.The customer has to call 56789 (PlayTune’s IVRS number) from his Dolphin cell. He will be asked to select a language by selecting 1 for English and 2 for Hindi.
2.He will be forwarded to a Menu in which the third option is DIY.
3.After the customer enters 3, he will be informed that he can select a DIY which cannot exceed 50 seconds. The customer is then guided by the IVR which mentions the cost of the DIY along with its validity. He can record the DIY tune as per his wish. If the recorded DIY is less than 50 sec then the same will be played in loop for the total max duration of 60 sec.
4.After recording his PlayTune the system will ask him to confirm his recording by giving three options. One, if he wants to confirm by playing the Tune to himself, Two if he wants to record another DIY, Three if he wants to Delete. As per his inputs the system routes him to specific function like for one to confirm the submission of his DIY Tune, for two, the system will again tell him to record another DIY and for three, the system will confirm his deletion.
Once a DIY tune is submitted it has to be approved by Administrator who will do so within 24 hrs if it is found appropriate. Administrator will also set it for the user and he will be informed accordingly. Once approved Rs 5/- will be deducted from his account (depending upon successful charging in case of pre paid subscribers).
