    its a good scheme.
    i want to purchase this scheme.so i went sanchar haat of eastern court and cgo both today.
    they dont know about this plan, means not available there.
    only postpaid HSDPA card is available @5500 rs.

    But the MTNL office in C.P and CGO C’plex are not aware of it.
