I had Nokia E51, E63 previously. This phone(E72) looks and feels more sophisticated, screen resolution better. software faster.Memory space good.Key pad satisfactory but liked that on blackberry better. Ringtone volume average.(use sharp tones so that u hear it even at a distance). Voice clarity very good and sounds natural (provided ur service provider is good). Good signal strength. setting e mail inbox is very easy. I’m not a music fan or photography crazy. camera seems to be good anyway. I dont listen to music on mobile.I dont like wasting valuable battery life that way.

Its one of the Best mobile.. with all the features except for touchscreen (touchscreen mobiles mostly have problems)

yes.. the LoudSpeaker is not loud.. the volume is kinda low.
but with headsets.. the clarity is high.
Camera is 5MP and its fast and it does not hang.
Has a super opti navi keypad..
Overall the Best Phone so far.. to me..

i am happy buying this
but sound volume is very low
though if u listen through its somewhat different type of headphones.. it can beat many music editions too
camera quality is nice.. better than n97 mini
its fast.. doesnt hang

one more thing.. its voice clarity rocks..
i some low network areas too..i dont find any difficulty talking
