Dear sir

I am Shahul and my idea prepaid number is 9092027079, and i got unknown deducting of rs 25 in my account, i was confused and i asked customer care they told i was activated gprs pack and download something but i was not activated GPRS pack and anything in my prepaid, i want my money back other wise i will switch to other-network, there was many problem in ur network how was that activated without my permission in my number?
