i purchased one prepaid CARD of Loop before a couple of days under the sceam of 120 days free talk time as per day 5 minutes free. the compay also declare that but that 5 minutes of per day not comes in my no. or not shown in any message by requesting to loop & customer care also not satisfactory reply……….
so pls care full before purchasing the LOOP connection its not work properly…….

On dt:7.6.09 i was activate loop to loop 100 calls sceame. As per sceam 20 deduct from my a/c but sceam not activate.

I have purchased loop sim-card on 28 of august. and on 31 of august at evening when i checked my balance it displayed that your account has been locked,from that day onward i can`t able to send sms or call any one. before complaining here i have lodged complaint in consumer forum and in bpl website about this twice but there was no response from them ,i m requesting u last time please unlocked my account .my no. is 9664075530

loop mobile is the worst service provider of all which i have seen up to date.
their customer care no is wrong.
no telephone nos are mentioned in their website.
my prepaid connection was suddenly disconnected by them giving message to me that my address documents are not correct. To the fact nobody from loopmobile has approached to my home for any address checking.Its all blunder on their part.

loop mobile is bhikaari.i demanded one puda bread in loop gallery.but they refused to give me that ,that really pain somewhere!they even cant afford one pooda bread to give their customer!it is really rediculous!!!they will recently loose one loop customer!!
b4 one year i am using loop mobile, nw days they are not sending any person to collect cash from me . also they are stop mu incoming & outgoing . on 20.10.09 some one is calling me and told that he will send some one to me to collect money . bt still now there is no respond
Looopmobile is worst one. All the other mobile playears are competing in reducing the call rates this one is not giving any offer to old customer to reduce the call rates on thier prepaid plan.

Loop mobile is one of the third class network of mumbai.
it was little nice when it was bpl mobile. Now the worstest network in mumbai. From first their network is poor they cant handle huge number of customers now they r providing their own network to the new network videocon. so u can think what will be the network of videocon. I think loop mobile should give its responsibility to best network that is vodafone. So then i think network will be improved.

LOOP mobile should go away from mumbai, i hate d netwrk and also customer care servives, but loop should maintain d netwrk, my having a loop number which is very old, i dont wana clear it out number, but i m waiting 4 mobile number portability, my loop will become might b vodafone or IDEA, IDEA doesnt give better service but but d netwrk is toooo good as compared to other netwrk.

I m using loop mobile last three year loop mobile worst network in my area karvalo nager ambewadi thane west 400604 here i gets low range when i make a calls then i get error no network coverage. Loop mobile is 3rd class operator in mumbai. Naam change karne se aukat nahi badlti.
BPL Mobile / LOOP Mobile Has the best service in all other Networks of Mumbai,
I am using their services for almost 12 Years, I Never even think to change my service provider.

loop sucks hard slow gprs after paying money 89 rs was fast when it was free sent mail to them got message submit your documents for verification its garbage have submitted documents 3 times

chk out DOCOMO evn though their netwrok is bad they hav awsommeee schemes……
Loop rellly needs some proper polishing…… otherwise ull end up loosing alll ur costomers……
