I one of the customer of bsnl services want to state that , i applied for gprs activation in my prepaid connection(9440010372) and it got activated but still not received the handset setting, iam using Nokia 6110 Navigator. It is more than 40 days and iam getting the same answer from the customer centre that as soon as we receive the setting we will forward u.
plz consider my problem and send me the same as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam
Subject : Not Incomming of 9433485878
Please note that the incommimg call of Mobile no 9433485878 stopped from 28.05.2009. I can do the outgoing call. And i have sufficient time and validated period. In mean time I have register a complaint having no 3699447 on dated 02.06.2009, and contacted the Customer Care Executive but over telephone several times. Every time they are saying that mu complaint have been forwarded…..
But found no result till date. I am hereby requesting all of BSNL to intervene in the matter to solve the problem

THE WORLD MOST USELESS CONNECTION IS BSNL, AND MOREOVER THEY SPEAK ABOUT 3G PLANS…,NO CONNECTION INSIDE HOME OR OUTSIDE HOME,INFACT NO CONNECTION AT ALL ANYWHERE, EVERY OTHER MOBILE COMPANY HAVE SMS VOUCHER CARD BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PREFER TO HAVE IT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT TO THE MARK.

not getting mobile phone network inside my complex
Sir,
I am having a prepaid and postpad bsnl mobile phone connection from the last 4-5 years on the name of RAJESH JAIN bearing number 9448293427 kantilal 9448937420, bhawarlal 9448486563 suresh 9448536743 . I am having too much network problem at my complex i.e. when I am at shop my mobile shows low network. Neither do i recieve any phone call properly do i can make any phone calls. As i am running my own shop party make any call from ahmedabad mumbai surat delhi kolkata ect ect but because of having network problem i could not recived any phone calls which is causing me a lot of problem. I have made unlimited requests to the customare care centres and given the writing complain too whenever i asked they assure me that this problem will be rectified within next 24 hours. Till today i am having the same problem. So, i request you to please help me to rectify this problem at an earliest possible. I will be highly obliged for this

I have made hundred times calls & mail for customer care for deactivation the BSNL mobile radio, but they say call 12630033, & i try atleast 100 times above, the IVRS system say PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER, again i am asking Customer care how can deactivate the BSNL mobile radio, the customer care say go to the bsnl office and deactive the BSNL MOBILE RADIO. My mobile no is 9447015221 ( Postpaid 325 tariff). I was informed via text message to pay monthly charge of Rs 469 by 19th January 2010. I paid the amount online through net Banking facility on 15th January 2010. The circle is KE Transaction ID TXC1501201001585, Account no 500256112,Invoice no. 643977054, Bank transaction ID MSBT0019365203, Rt No. 88888774243 Status Y Date 15.1.2010. On 25th I got a message directing to pay the above amount in case not remitted. Also directed to inform the details of payment to 9447024365(customer Service center) After repeated attempts I could give the required details on 26th January2010 and got an assurance that the connection will not be interrupted. To my surprise the outgoing calls were barred from 29th Jan 2010. Immediately I contacted the Customer care center and they gave me a complaint registered no KL 2901102623. After waiting for about three Hours I personally approached the CSR and got reconnection after approaching certain two or three officers. All of them failed to give a satisfactory reason for barring the outgoing calls from my phone. Their approach towards my case disappointed me. I wish to have a reasonable explanation for this.

I have prepaid mobile no 9430738329, caller tune is not working since last one year, lodged complaint more than 10 times to coustemer Care but till date problem not solved.
surpringly every month caller tune renew charges is deducting from my balance.
Now, there is only one option gor me choose any other Service.

My Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Mobile Set with IMEI No. 357988038982364 using BSNL Post Paid No. 9470193753 was lost on 07.04.2010 in Ranchi (Doranda Area). The FIR was lodged in Doranda (Ranchi) Police Station on 08.04.2010. I had purchased the mobile on 28.10.2009 from Nokia Priority Centre, Main Road, Ranchi (Jharkhand). Kindly do the needful so that the same could be returned back to me.

Bsnl service is harrased with 55888 we download song of 5days for Rs.5 with and my mobile infected with virus name 5588801,558882008 etc.my china mobile dualsim are also infected with to show 558880000 and my airtel sim shows invalid are rejected and i insert sims of my friend they infected 55888001 to use airtel gprs interent uses shows centre no.55888803 are call,they copies all over contacts with dual name and again my mobile was switch off and on same problem of my friend infected sims show invalid my mobile no.9419801534,9419146145. feed back is highly appreciated to your end.

i’m aBSNL customer.i’m living in kodad(nalgonda dist).it is in andhrapradesh.we have 5mobiles in our home.we don’t have the signal in our area(Srinivas nagar).so,we are unable to acess it properly.can you please rectify the problem.we had given complaints for coustmercare and bsnloffice in our locality.

I have on 09.08.2010 at 6 pm paid Rs.550 for recharging my mobile No: 9480725330 through Megha Mobile Point, No:9a, Presidium Commercial Complex, ATTAWAR, MANGALORE (KARNATAKA) vide bill No: 609 dated 9.8.10. The shop owner showed me an SMS which reads that my above mobile No: is recharged successfully vide Ref No: 152433589. But no recharge took place actually. Please reimburse me the amount paid to BSNL through the Shop.
The worst thing I have ever experienced is the non-connectivity of link in customer care.
