I one of the customer of bsnl services want to state that , i applied for gprs activation in my prepaid connection(9440010372) and it got activated but still not received the handset setting, iam using Nokia 6110 Navigator. It is more than 40 days and iam getting the same answer from the customer centre that as soon as we receive the setting we will forward u.

Please note that the incommimg call of Mobile no 9433485878 stopped from 28.05.2009. I can do the outgoing call. And i have sufficient time and validated period. In mean time I have register a complaint having no 3699447 on dated 02.06.2009, and contacted the Customer Care Executive but over telephone several times. Every time they are saying that mu complaint have been forwarded…..
But found no result till date. I am hereby requesting all of BSNL to intervene in the matter to solve the problem

not getting mobile phone network inside my complex

I am having a prepaid and postpad bsnl mobile phone connection from the last 4-5 years on the name of RAJESH JAIN bearing number 9448293427 kantilal 9448937420, bhawarlal 9448486563 suresh 9448536743 . I am having too much network problem at my complex i.e. when I am at shop my mobile shows low network. Neither do i recieve any phone call properly do i can make any phone calls. As i am running my own shop party make any call from ahmedabad mumbai surat delhi kolkata ect ect but because of having network problem i could not recived any phone calls which is causing me a lot of problem. I have made unlimited requests to the customare care centres and given the writing complain too whenever i asked they assure me that this problem will be rectified within next 24 hours. Till today i am having the same problem. So, i request you to please help me to rectify this problem at an earliest possible. I will be highly obliged for this

My mobile no is 9447015221 ( Postpaid 325 tariff). I was informed via text message to pay monthly charge of Rs 469 by 19th January 2010. I paid the amount online through net Banking facility on 15th January 2010. The circle is KE Transaction ID TXC1501201001585, Account no 500256112,Invoice no. 643977054, Bank transaction ID MSBT0019365203, Rt No. 88888774243 Status Y Date 15.1.2010. On 25th I got a message directing to pay the above amount in case not remitted. Also directed to inform the details of payment to 9447024365(customer Service center) After repeated attempts I could give the required details on 26th January2010 and got an assurance that the connection will not be interrupted. To my surprise the outgoing calls were barred from 29th Jan 2010. Immediately I contacted the Customer care center and they gave me a complaint registered no KL 2901102623. After waiting for about three Hours I personally approached the CSR and got reconnection after approaching certain two or three officers. All of them failed to give a satisfactory reason for barring the outgoing calls from my phone. Their approach towards my case disappointed me. I wish to have a reasonable explanation for this.

I have on 09.08.2010 at 6 pm paid Rs.550 for recharging my mobile No: 9480725330 through Megha Mobile Point, No:9a, Presidium Commercial Complex, ATTAWAR, MANGALORE (KARNATAKA) vide bill No: 609 dated 9.8.10. The shop owner showed me an SMS which reads that my above mobile No: is recharged successfully vide Ref No: 152433589. But no recharge took place actually. Please reimburse me the amount paid to BSNL through the Shop.

TO DAY I CHECKED MY BALANCE AND SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THE CALL CHARGES AT ALL NET WORKS INCLUDING BSNL IS BEING CHARGED @ RS.90 PAISE PER MINUTE FOR LOCAL CALLS AND RS.1.20 PER MINUTE FOR STD CALLS INSPITE OF THE FACT THAT MY BALANCE IS MORE THAN RS 6000/ UNDER PREPAID PLAN.I PURCHASED RECHARGE COUPON OF RS 5000/ ON THE BELIEF GIVEN BY YOU THAT UNDER BALANCED BASED PLAN THE CHARGES WERE REDUCED TO PAISE .20 FOR LOCAL BSNL NETWORK AND 0.40 PAISE FOR OTHER LOCAL NETWORK.ON ENQUIRY FROM CUSTOMER CARE I WAS TOLD THAT THE FACILITY HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN FOR THE REASONS NOT KNOWN TO ME.FURTHER ONCE OFFER GIVEN BY YOU AND ACCEPTED BY ME CAN NOT BE CHANGED WITH OUT EXPRESS CONSENT OF ME.UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I APPEAL YOU TO RECREDIT THE AMOUNT OF EXCESS VCALL CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE AND EXTEND THE FACILITY TILL THE BALANCE DEPLETES THE REQUIRED LEVEL AND THAT TOO WITH PRIOR NOTICE IN ADVANCE.

My friends having connections of vodafone, airtel, Docomo, reliance and idea can’t make a call to me. They are sending messages to me but i am not getting any type of message also. Regarding this, i registered a complaint to customer care on Sept 10, 2010. he said that this problem will be solved in 24 hours. Cricket pack is activated by themselves without my consents on my number 7597925257. I am informed that i have been subscribed and rs.15/-is deducted forcefully, how does it happens i am very frustrate by these unwillingly charges by the service provider.

I have a bsnl number.(9443556454) A message from 5400030 keeps coming every month deducting Rs 30 from my account. I am not able to unsuscribe from this service also. Kindly help me with regards to unsuscribing from this service

my complaint is activation of caller tune i did active any tune but it has been activated…charges 50 rs has been deducted from my a/c..so please dont activate such type of tunes and dnt cut the money

I have a samsung GT-S5620 Mobile please send me the gprs setting so that I can browse internet.
i called up 1503 for getting information on reduced my call charge to any number, earlier my call charge was 1 paise/sec, and customor excutive told me to topup with 47 ruppes and all outgoing call will be 20 paise/minute, once i did that it was added to my main balance , i called up again to 1503 and this time they told me 1st recharge with 4 rupees then with 47 rupees of easyrecharge, i did that and when i called up others number my call was deducted @90 paise/minute, again i called up 1503 and now they are telling this is for bsnl only, is this way to make customer fool, i asked to put call to supervisor, they put me on hold for 19 minute and then call ended up, i just want my money back, that 47 ruppes and 4 ruppes for which my plan changed due to all wrong information given by the customer executive i want that money added to my balance and restore my normal plan of 1 paise/second. i am waiting for the resolution, else have to give complain to higher.

Hi, I am residing at South Goria, 24 Parganas(South) which is very near to CHAMPAHATI BSNL tower. For the last two months I am not receiving the network properly. Most of the time ” No network coverage” is displayed on the mobile screen. Sometime the network automatically goes off when I am talking. I have already complained this in 1503 several times but no remedy occurred. Please solve the problem as early as possible. Thanks.
