Sms price is very high.Its rs 1 for anant user.Bsnl must introduce a sms pack for anant user very soon

hai dis saravanan saral annt customer 6/9/2008 on saturday i called many time to toll free numbre of bsnl, but i said to me the call rejected and not working,i saw The Hindu news paper for advertisment for sms boostre card,in that advrtisment annet customer also can able to use the sms booster card but i never get the message alert for your side

I one of the customer of bsnl services want to state that , i applied for gprs activation in my prepaid connection(9440010372) and it got activated but still not received the handset setting, iam using Nokia 6110 Navigator. It is more than 40 days and iam getting the same answer from the customer centre that as soon as we receive the setting we will forward u.
plz consider my problem and send me the same as soon as possible.
