Hi, I am residing at South Goria, 24 Parganas(South) which is very near to CHAMPAHATI BSNL tower. For the last two months I am not receiving the network properly. Most of the time ” No network coverage” is displayed on the mobile screen. Sometime the network automatically goes off when I am talking. I have already complained this in 1503 several times but no remedy occurred. Please solve the problem as early as possible. Thanks.

i called up 1503 for getting information on reduced my call charge to any number, earlier my call charge was 1 paise/sec, and customor excutive told me to topup with 47 ruppes and all outgoing call will be 20 paise/minute, once i did that it was added to my main balance , i called up again to 1503 and this time they told me 1st recharge with 4 rupees then with 47 rupees of easyrecharge, i did that and when i called up others number my call was deducted @90 paise/minute, again i called up 1503 and now they are telling this is for bsnl only, is this way to make customer fool, i asked to put call to supervisor, they put me on hold for 19 minute and then call ended up, i just want my money back, that 47 ruppes and 4 ruppes for which my plan changed due to all wrong information given by the customer executive i want that money added to my balance and restore my normal plan of 1 paise/second. i am waiting for the resolution, else have to give complain to higher.
