My experience with loop mobile is worst. The company doesnt have good network in Mumbai itself, even at my place i do not get network. Disconnection is very frequent. Very poor customer support. I had puchased a loop card of 10 ka gang offer in last month, but while purchasing they didnt tell me about daily 1 Rs rental for this & only 300 min free for every month, They told me its completely free inbetween gang without rental. also miss call alert charges 1 rs/day is forcefully apllied.I will never go for LOOP in future. They are LOOPING the people.

However a day later my outgoing was barred even though my balance was Rs 221.28 when i called customer care i was given another docket number 251216378 and was informed the number would get activated in 24 hrs When i called customer service later was informed that the number was not active and would not get active the customer service rep really did not know what he was talking about also was very rude even when requested for a supervisor he refused to have the call transferred or to give any more information about his full name or location i guess this is one of the worst service i have received from loop my number is still not active.I guess loop is busy trying to get new customers and are not concerned about their existing customers .After my experience i feel I will never recommend loop to any of my friends

I hold a loop mobile number 9821322241. Since I misplaced my sim card, I had visited your andheri(w) branch, next to shoppers stop to get a Duplicate Sim on 26th Feb 2010.
Which the customer service executive gave me and told me that the card will be activated within 30 mins, to my surprise the card never got activated till the 27th Feb 2010.
Then I gave a call to on call center number 9821099800 and asked them why the said sim wasn’t activated.
I was surprised to know that the sim card given to me was an inactive sim. I was request by the customer executive to visit the loop gallery again. For which, I wasn’t ready for.
Then customer service executive told me that it would be dispatched to my billing address within 48 hours. I had this conversation 11:40 am on 27th Feb 2010
I asked the executive that since its Sunday tomorrow and holi day after… does that still mean that I will receive it in 48 hours…. And not working hours… to which he replied as YES.
I asked to check with his seniors and then commit to me… but since he said he doesn’t need to do so as he was confident about the same.
Today i,e, 1st March 2010, I haven’t received my sim card,,,,, so I called the customer care number again….. now I was told by the executive that since I requested on Saturday which is a non working day, followed by Sunday again a non working day… followed by holi again a non working day… so the card will be dispatched on 2nd Feb 2010 and will reach within 48 hours.
Wow…. I am surprised by the service you guys to your customers…. 1st – invalid sim and then commitment of card reaching within 48 hours which doesn’t happen.
I am surprised to see that your service as good as your network
I would like to give a complaint for both instances – 1st – giving me wrong sim and 2nd of the customer service executive giving wrong information & being over confident inspite of the customer asking him to check with his seniors.

My experience with loop mobile is worst. The company doesnt have good network in Mumbai itself, even at my place i do not get network. Disconnection is very frequent. Very poor customer support. I had puchased a loop card of 10 ka gang offer in last month, but while purchasing they didnt tell me about daily 1 Rs rental for this & only 300 min free for every month, They told me its completely free inbetween gang without rental. also miss call alert charges 1 rs/day is forcefully apllied.I will never go for LOOP in future. They are LOOPING the people.

I have had a very bad experience with loop previously I received a message to resubmit my information for a mobile number I have since 2003 ,I went ahead and submitted my info as requested to the Irla loop Gallery i was given a docket number 221236407 on the 22nd of december I thought everything was fine as i was give that impression by the staff there . However a day later my outgoing was barred even though my balance was Rs 221.28 when i called customer care i was given another docket number 251216378 and was informed the number would get activated in 24 hrs When i called customer service later was informed that the number was not active and would not get active the customer service rep really did not know what he was talking about also was very rude even when requested for a supervisor he refused to have the call transferred or to give any more information about his full name or location i guess this is one of the worst service i have received from loop my number is still not active.I guess loop is busy trying to get new customers and are not concerned about their existing customers .After my experience i feel I will never recommend loop to any of my friends

I got message from loop at 8pm 7/01/10 that ,as per DOT directive submit TNC,photo & documents within 5 days to avoid suspension ?
Is this a way to inform customer ? or you are trying to give threats to customer ? When did you inform us about this requirement earlier ?

but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Wadia estate, Bail bazaar, Kurla (W), Mumbai-70.
I cant receive or make a single call from my home, Bcoz there is no network..
I have to go out side my society to do the same…even cant send or recv. SMS also(SMS problem is From 31/12/2009 to now)..
There is no prolem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)…
I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different statements about my problems.
They making me angry by disconnecting my calls, putting on hold for long-long time.But the company rule says that u can put on hold for 30 seconds, but they people holding for minimum 10/15 minits.
Pls take strict Action against them.

To Whom so ever It May Concern:
I hold a loop mobile number 9821322241. Since I misplaced my sim card, I had visited your andheri(w) branch, next to shoppers stop to get a Duplicate Sim on 26th Feb 2010.
Which the customer service executive gave me and told me that the card will be activated within 30 mins, to my surprise the card never got activated till the 27th Feb 2010.
Then I gave a call to on call center number 9821099800 and asked them why the said sim wasn’t activated.
I was surprised to know that the sim card given to me was an inactive sim. I was request by the customer executive to visit the loop gallery again. For which, I wasn’t ready for.
Then customer service executive told me that it would be dispatched to my billing address within 48 hours. I had this conversation 11:40 am on 27th Feb 2010
I asked the executive that since its Sunday tomorrow and holi day after… does that still mean that I will receive it in 48 hours…. And not working hours… to which he replied as YES.
I asked to check with his seniors and then commit to me… but since he said he doesn’t need to do so as he was confident about the same.
Today i,e, 1st March 2010, I haven’t received my sim card,,,,, so I called the customer care number again….. now I was told by the executive that since I requested on Saturday which is a non working day, followed by Sunday again a non working day… followed by holi again a non working day… so the card will be dispatched on 2nd Feb 2010 and will reach within 48 hours.
Wow…. I am surprised by the service you guys to your customers…. 1st – invalid sim and then commitment of card reaching within 48 hours which doesn’t happen.
I am surprised to see that your service as good as your network
I would like to give a complaint for both instances – 1st – giving me wrong sim and 2nd of the customer service executive giving wrong information & being over confident inspite of the customer asking him to check with his seniors.
Hoping a revert from a responsible person on this.
