HE FOUND THE ROATER IS DEFECTIVE SO HE NOTE IT AND PROMISED TO REMOVE THE DEFECT. AFTER THREE OR FOUR DAY HE BRINGS SOME PARTS BUT IT TOO WAS DEFECTIVE AND AGAIN PROMISED TO REMOVE THE DEFECT. I purchase a d2h dvd system on 4th Nov 2009 and that date to till date I am suffering due to this.They had alredy changed 5 DVDs in my flat in between 4th Nov 2009 To 18th Nov 2009 due poor pictur quality.After that it is running without any problem till ladt night 4th Jan 2010 and now the problem is not getting signal,from 2 days i am not getting any chanels,for this i called to customer cair and the service person Mr.Sunny (faridabad)who installed the system in my flat and i didnt get any replay from Sunny and in customer cair center there is nobody to attand the call,I tried to customer cair phone at least 2hours and there is no responce for this.
I think the d2h system is the most varst system, Please friends dont purchase this.

9704579923. I am getting repeated messages from you saying that my subscription
expired, while there is a balance of Rs 409.02, according to a message from you. When
I tried to contact your Customer Care telephone, a recorded message says that
all the executives are busy, any time you call. I feel people manning this seems to
disconnected and holidaying elsewhere. While I am in Hyderabad , AndhraPradesh,
a message is received to recharge at Sai Agency,Pimpelner, Dhule district. I pointed
out this to you through these columns and sent a separate email also. Still the mistake
has not been corrected. What a third class Customer service? At least now act fast
and tell the guy committing such blunders! These cause annoyance to us. Immediately

I hav purchased one D2H connection on 9 feb, 2011 and it was installed at my V-30, Bhagwati Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi but after sometime I changed my residence to A-89, Sector-5, Bawana, New Delhi afterthat I lodged the request to change the D2H with request no 39138798 on 7 May 2011 but no one responded me. Since then I am making request for the change of location on each day on customer care. Please help me in this matter.

i am a subscriber of d2h service. i shifted my residence and got the connection/ d2h reinstalled after an endless and tiring effort of one month contacting your customer care people. since re installation it has failed to give service on account of technical error almost regularly. i called up even at your head office at bombay but their attitude was more than disgusting. since last one week my d2h connection is lying dormant. i would now prefer to get the connection disconnected and get the refund of my balance account lying in my account with you.

My Customer ID is 32638597.The entire system went off showing No signal since yesterday. Trying to get in touch with your helpline were not fruitful. I have 2 connections. The other connection set up box is faulty,I think.How to solve this problem in the absence of contacting your helpline since the same are not functioning. Great difficulty. Solve this immediately.

I had lodged a complaint with Videcon d2h customer care centre on 28th May 2011 regarding mismatch of channels(particular package) but till 18th of June 2011 they have not rectified. Instead they had sent a message that the problems had been resolved successfully even without attending to the same. This kind poor response would lead the branded Company to vanish in a few days. Customer is the base for every Company and its product and they do not respond in a prompt manner and sending filmsy execuses, the Company would lose its credibility soon and vanish in a short period.
