    I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE ITEM FROM GREAT EASTERN ON O8.08.2009 Involve no TG/CM/00142/09-10-BUT AFTER 3RD USING (INCLUDING TWO DEMONSTRATION BY YOUR MEN] THE ABOVE OVEN STOP WORKING AND IMMEDIATELY I LODGE COMPLAINT TO YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER .IMMEDIATELY YOUR OFFICE RESPONDED AND DEPUTE A TECHNICAL STAFF. HE FOUND THE ROATER IS DEFECTIVE SO HE NOTE IT AND PROMISED TO REMOVE THE DEFECT. AFTER THREE OR FOUR DAY HE BRINGS SOME PARTS BUT IT TOO WAS DEFECTIVE AND AGAIN PROMISED TO REMOVE THE DEFECT. Many DAYS GONE AND MY OVEN LYING LIKE A SHOW PIECE.
    I, THEREFORE, REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPLACE A NEW OTHER OVEN AFTER CHECKING ITS FITNESS AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS I SHALL REMAIN EVER GREATFUL TO You’d JUST REMIND YOU THAT I AM LIVING IN A FLAT AND SO MANY FLAT OWNERS HAVE VERIFIED THE OVEN AND YOUR PROMT RESPONSE OF AFTER SALES SERVICE AND THEY IMPRESSED VERY MUCH AND SO FREQUENTLY THEY ASKING WHETHER THE COMPANY HASRECTIFIED THE SNAG OR NOT. IT WILL REFLECT THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY, SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPLACE THE OVEN IMMEDIATELY, IN FULL. I AM INTERESTED ON THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE I AM A ONE OF THE SHAREHOLDER OF THE COMPANY .AGAIN I REQUEST YOU PLEASEREPLACE THE WHOLE OVEN AND REMOVE MY ANXIETY.

    This is a great failure of of your services that your customer is forced to write on this forum.
    I have purchased one setelite TV to gift it to my sister on 6th Dec. from Chaddha redios, Kanpur. but i’m struggling for istallation since 9th. i have made a lot of phone calls to toll free no. but no result.
    U people are making us Fool.

    I purchase a d2h dvd system on 4th Nov 2009 and that date to till date I am suffering due to this.They had alredy changed 5 DVDs in my flat in between 4th Nov 2009 To 18th Nov 2009 due poor pictur quality.After that it is running without any problem till ladt night 4th Jan 2010 and now the problem is not getting signal,from 2 days i am not getting any chanels,for this i called to customer cair and the service person Mr.Sunny (faridabad)who installed the system in my flat and i didnt get any replay from Sunny and in customer cair center there is nobody to attand the call,I tried to customer cair phone at least 2hours and there is no responce for this.
    I think the d2h system is the most varst system, Please friends dont purchase this.
