i have purchased a VIDEOCON D2H , MODEL NO.1011, SL NO.410610780111165315,RGD NO. 41372031249 on 13TH OCT. 2010 FROM ASANSOL RFRIGERATOR MART 46.G.T. ROAD DURGA MARKT ASANSOL -713301. My CUSTOMER ID: 23707945.A problem is occurring since 2 week that there is neither rain and nor a cloudy weather but the signal has shown lost . I have also cheated my signal cable but there is no result.when i called the customer care no. the never give a reply.

so sir please suggest me what i do? i will be very thankful of you if u help me..
