I am having sun DTH and TATA Sky, In sun dtn I am able to contact customer care after trying one week I cant catch. Even the local delear is also not responding. But TATA Sky is Very Very Very Goodddddd. Once I call to Toll free no I am getting the problems soleved within 10Mins. What to do to contact SUN DTN service I have spend about 2500rs. i am not satishfied to your services & customer care also. when i call to customer care every time they gives same answer”we have registered your complained within 48 hours we will resolve your problem ” If we ask during that 48 hrs status of our coplaint that time they tell us they simply count 48hrs & after 48hrs again new person pick the phone again he will register same complaint insure for again 48hrs answer is same .Custmor Care person every time make fool to custmer.Bakwas service.

Your aftersales service is very bad. You are giving contact Nos. But nobody bothers to take the complaint and attends. All the pay channels are disappearing and nobody is attending for realignment as informed by you. It is high time if you arrange to take back the dish for 50% of the purchase price enabling me to go for a better DTH.
