That is the problem with MTS easy recharge. They don’t have many shops offering easy recharge which give great offers. Recently sent me a offer to charge for 20 with 30rs talk time. but the finding the locations is big problems. Neighboring states like tamilnadu coimbatore etc is worst. Like there you cant get even paper cards even though display board 29/min local and 49p/min std. Main all shops and petty shops use this boards as shade from sun. they say mts people never come with recharge cards. In kerala in Pavaratty(thrissur) and chavakkad(thrissur) many people are still searching where to get this easy recharge. Also no exclusive mts shops are there in thrissur.

Nowadays the signal suddenly disappears also and shows NO SERVICE for some minutes and sometimes we have to switch off and on to get signal back these time it shows No service. I think Mts is no concentrating on internet services and neglecting voice service customers. This happens in between call also after talking 3-4 minutes and its not even peak times. Customers service was efficient earlier. Now you can reach customer service pick up phone after 12 midnight only. Try at this time for any enquiry ,if not able to reach at day time.
