    Please Dont go for MTS Mblaze data card. They have the worst service.
    I am one of the victim.

    Here my story —–

    I ordered this device on 13 feb 2010. The Agent came to my said address at the same day with the mts device.
    He showed me this device and showed me the full network after connecting to my laptop.
    He assured me of gettting at least 1600 kbps speed and 600 kbps downloading speed.

    I bought this device that day only and this agent told me to provide with the bill next day at any cost , he promised me earth and I believed him and till now he did not come to give me the bill.

    ok this was it till that time now lets go ahead I started using it. only for one day the speed came fine and after that till today I am getting browsing speed approximately not more than 150 kbps and downloading speed not more tham 20kbps. what the heck. some times even the GOOGLE home page takes 10 seconds to open. and GMAIL takes not less then 50 to 60 sec to load with the chat window.

    after all this the worst part comes … this device automatically gets disconnected after every 30 mins or so and then to connect it further there is no way but you have to restart the computer. then only you can connect it further but after 30 minutes it will again get disconnected and you must follow the same procedure again. You will get totally frustrated with this thing.

    Now the last hope is Customer care. I called them but see what happened. they promised me that they will get it resolved as soon as possible and till now I got no response from them as if i never talked to them.

    This is my story guys. I don’t want this to happen with you people. So don’t buy mts mblaze data card. even if they promise earth to you.

    The network is pathetic. and the helpdesk is completely helpless. i suggest anyone who wants to buy MTS to think a million times as the dealers won’t even give u a demo before u buy it. the speed m getting is 40Kbps max when i ve paid for 3.1Mbps. ridiculous.

    better you take a 99 rs plan for gprs browsing as it gives the same speed 3kbps….or waste 999 rs.

    Hi Every one,

    Please don’t go for this MTS card. I feel cheated today. I took their 999 unlimited plan and the marketing guy told me its unlimited download for 1 month. But today i found out that that its only till 15 GB that you can download after wards MTS will give you a speed of 2 kbps. Beware before buying this MTS. They are making fool of everyone. Dont ever go for 999 plan.

    For the last five months i am using this Mblaze internet service and Re-Charged with unlimited assess with Rs 999/-month in July and August-2010 respectively, as per their promise of Free Reeaboak watch and also i made a complaint regarding the service ,as the net frequently disconnecting every 30 minutes and the promised speed never received ,but the reply not received by me so far.Hence requested see the above and the needfull immediatly.My MDN no:-9141952944.
