Reliance Gsm Complaints and Problems
I am a GSM User of Delhi I got the connection on the very first day it was launched . while receiving calls maximum times it says This route is busy pls. try later (even from their own cdma & landline no’s).THEY HAVE A CONGESTED NETWORK AMAZINGLY WITH FEW CUSTOMERS (so think what will happen when there are more subscribers) also you cannot dial customer support from rcom GSM only option is to borrow cdma and make a call then they will give a reference number with assurance of solution within three days and nothing will happen. I am waiting for resolution from last 11 days. I request all Delhities to make a complaint thru following email ids (customercare@relianceada.com,

.ambani@relianceada.com).Also network strength is very low.I think reliance first it should test their services and then launch (amazingly it was launched for their staff from last 8months )but reliance first launches and then test their network. my suggestion for all friends those are going to purchase Rcom Gsm connection should wait till the network & connectivity streamlines.
The network gets too congested after 7:00 in the evening and at its hard to even send SMS
The network gets too congested after 7:00pm and my some amount(30 Rs.)cut without any information in 20 April 2009. I requested to u plz refund that amount and I haven’t able to custmor care officere.
i have reliance gsm card and without any permisson the reliance company had activate my caller tune……….and my balance is deducted from my account………..and my number is 9022811560.
so i hope that u will try to solve this problem.

I have a reliance gsm connection in west bengal. Most of the time my phone is switch on but when any callers call me at my number then IVR replies him “The reliance customer you have called is switched off”. And also reliance GSM is india’s most congested network with small customer base.

I have a reliance gsm connection in Punjab(Ludhiana).Last night
i face the problem in the reliance GSM. The problem is : reliance GSM tower is full but on the mobile screen show a one note {EMERGENCY CALLS}. But on this time I face a new problem on my cell. when I insert a Reliance GSM sim in the mobile phone and get started. My phone is not started ,only mibile light is blink. but i tri the another SIM, the moblie is started very easily.

This problem come from last one month 1st complaint is make on 16/02/2010 and then contine…… Thanks….So plz solve this as soon as possible……….THanks

I m a reliance GSM coustmer from 2 year and my cell no is 09023758488. But from last three month I m facing so much problem in reliance. I dont knw what u ppl are doing. Now a days u r deducting balnce without any reason. Voice sms is activated automatic on my moblie. Yesterday on 08november2010 my balance was 73 Rupess somthing but on 2day morning on 09nov.2010 when i checked my balance it was 0.07Rs. So when i called to coustmer care at 198 the are telling there is system updation so we cant tell u where your balance is deducted. Again at evening I recharged wid 50 rs nd my balance was 43 rs somthing paise at evening on 09nov2010. But after somtimewhen i checked my balance it was 0.01Rs.
again i called to coustmre care and i got same response that there is system updation so we cant tell u where your balance is deducted.
So tell me what I hav to do.
If now reliance is doing like that only then tell me directly I can change my connection.
I am waiting for reply and action.
I want My balance back.

I have a reliance gsm connection in Bhubaneswar without any permisson the reliance company is deducted my balance from my account………..and my number is 9861353678. .

The “unlimited games” was activated on my mobile number 8055856412 at 01/11/2010 and so daily Rs 5 deducted from my balance. I had contacted to customer care at 02/11/2010 and follow all the steeps to un-subscribe ” UNLIMITED GAMES” package. But it is not un-subscribe then again I have contacted to customer care and again I have follow some new steps to un-subscribe ” UNLIMITED GAMES” package. But the it is not un-subscribe and every day Rs 5 deducted from my balance. I have daily contacted to customer care and he said me new steeps to unsubscribed it. But it is not un-subscribe upto 11/11/2011. Then I have contacted to senior tech and he create complaint for this issue , the complaint number is ” 140954450 “. Now means at 16/11/2010 the ” UNLIMITED GAMES” package un-subscribed.
I have contacted to customer care about refund my balance which is deducted from 02/11/2010 to 15/11/2010 but he said it is not possible to refund and there is no any policy to refund it.
My complaint is that if I have follow all the steps to un-subscribe the package , but it is not un-subscribe then this is not my problem and problem in the reliance system . So I request to refund my Rs 70 which is deducted.

my mobile number 8956007130. i have recharge my cell phone with night pack 69 rupees….this validity end 3rd december….2nd december i again recharge night pack…but i dont know i use another night pack after end 1st validity…4th december i cal reliance costomer care….n i m say i have nt use my night pack…den he writen my complane ur problem solve in 48 hour….n he gave me complane no 142449695…after 48 hour when i call after 11pm on reliance no den my call nt free….again i call reliance costomer care…my calll recive vikraal khan…den he inform me u r nt use night pack 2nd of jan…khan told me if u again recharge night pack den u use free call at night after 11pm…then i again recharge night pack 69…again my call nt free after 11pm on reliance number….i again call reliance costomer care den he told me after 6th jan u have nt use reliance night pack…after one month u use night pack…
reliance costomer care chited me….pls solve my problem….

From last week My GSM Mobile(Reliance=9021504807) range has been decreasing.
3 times I Called to Customer Care, but I have not recieved Satisfied action.
In Pune City Mobile range keeps full. But in My office (i.e. Hadapsar-Saswad Road, Powerhouse, Next to Bhekarainagar, Fursungi, Pune-412308) mobile range or Signal gets very weak from last week. I can not receive or dial call in this area.
Please Solve this Matter.
Releince gsm service is 3RD CLASS.
Sms renewal system is so irretating.

Deduction of balance without any information.
My number is 9827367338, I am not activated any plan on this number.
Last month suddenly 30 Rs.deducted from my mobile, Now again this month 15 Rs deducted without any information.
In previous month when i make complaint about deduction of balance then i got that 30 Rs back but in this month again 15 Rs deducted.I don’t understand reliance has what problem, how they can deduct money like this.
Calling to 9827098270, 198, *333 number many times it didn’t connect.
No response from Reliance Customer Care.
Customer Care of Reliance is very poor.
