Tata Docomo Launched its gsm service in Kerala with same tariff plans as launched in Tamil Nadu. Here also company launched it services with full network coverage in most of villages of Kerala.

I took a Tata Docomo connection yersterday (17-8-09) from the Trivandrum City. I got the connection immediatly. I am residing in Vattiyoorkavu. 8 KM away from the city. But no coverage for your service. The phone display shows ‘no service’.

I have procured a TATA DOCOMA pre-paid connection from one retail distributor in Payyanur, Kannur District, Kerala. The retail distributor said that there is no authorised distributor available in Payyanur Town. One authorised distributor is operating in Taliparamba town. Moreover there is three-four retail distributor is now operating in Payyanur town. The tarrif/plan of TATA DOCOMO is very good. There is good network coverage in Payyanur town and upto Onakkunnu, Near Karivellur alongwith NH-17, but there is no network coverage available in Peralam village apprx 1.3 Kms from Onakkunnu. Please do the needful and immediate action to provide better network coverage in and around Peralam Village and which is nearer to NH-17.

My all settings are same as before even Docomo customercare guy gave me some more settings but it is still not working. I have Samsung Star S5233S. I did all manual settings but i am getting errors like (Unexpected Failure) or (DNS Failed) I tried every settings given on internet and by the customer care i dunno what happen suddenly yesterday…Please help me on that i want to use internet on my mobile device. Please build a tower in THAYINERI .A village in Payyannur kannur district kerala.An airtel tower is operating there.It has good coverage.It is useful for many village.Please use that tower for docomo.Many THAYINERI users has discarded docomo due to cheep coverage.Please build a new one in Thayineri or Annur.All mobile has a good coverage in there.Expect tata docomo.Dont neglet this request

First of all congratulation for your mobile revolution.Now you people introduced “buddy net” which is pretty good….Instead of charging every buddy net users you can impose a one time charge from single user like for getting buddy net benefit like
local 1ps/6 sec and STD 1ps /2sec u can charge the user who activated this facility
