Schemes are really attractive.Hope they continue one second billing forever.But customer support is very poor.Very difficult to get access to customer care numbers.Something needs to be done in this regard immediately.I vouch for tata service if they provide reliable service.Online recharge should be made available at the earliest.It will be great if roaming call charges are also billed per second.

This is really bad that, now a days this SIM Card is sold in black for Rs.300 to 500, So it means that the TATA company has not yet released the sufficient Cards, and moreover they have to take care of the customers satisfaction for recharge options as well. I feel this doesn’t exist for long time.

I am really disappointed with the stubborn and unfriendly attitude of the dealers and distributor of tatadocomo in my city. The dealer first asked for unnecessary documents despite having been given PAN card and landline telephone bill. Later the dealer refused to accept the application stating that the SIM was bought at another place. He gave the number of some distributor who did not receive the phone. Dealer Mr.Rajesh and distributor Mr. Nataraj. I have to wait unnecessarily for another 2 days now. The customer care number mentioned on the packet ( 9036012345 )was always busy and I could not get through my call even after trying for 2 days. I requuest tatadocomo to kindly look into the matter and verify from Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Nataraj at Davangere karnataka why a cuctomer was put to such hardship. The docomo number in the SIM I have is 9036526349.

Tata Docomo service is very good and highly appreciated, If you can improve certain areas like Customer care, online recharge fecilities, Customer relationship centres etc. Im sure only Docomo will be the number one mobile service provider in India in near future.
Also company has to control the dealers who sells sim card, Many dealers are cheating customers charging triple times than the actual charge of the sim card.

I have been recieving msgs that my balance is less and shud be recharge to avoid failure of out going calls. Its an innovative and excellent idea of what you offer currently with Docomo, but please provide a facility to recharge the prepaid connections online. I may forced to disconnect the connection as its very difficult to go to a retail shop frequently for recharge. Majority of the users are disappointed due to non-availability of online recharge service but still the management has not taken any steps to provide the same.
I wanted to post a request for the same. However, I found that there are thousands of customers who have already requested for similar service but still actions are yet to be taken.
It is really pathetic, if mobile users are expected to go in search of recharge vouchers everytime the credit gets finished.
Request kindly look in to the matter and make suitable arrangements in order to provide recharge vouchers online otherwise the trend is going downwards….

This is the horrible network, I have to call 4 to 5 times to connect a number and the most disappointing thing is it has no online recharge(the TATA DOCOMO is deaf regarding this issue). docomo has revealed that every call and data charge will be counted as per second(pulse rate) and they say that other operator do not know how to count, but i say that even docomo does’nt know to count,
as the pulse rate for the national and international roaming is counted a per minute and docomo is cheating our innocent customer indirectly.
im very much disappointed with your service and most of the time i get “ERROR IN CONNECTION” or “NETWORK BUSY”.

Dear Sir, Tata Docomo is Good, and its service is also good, but i think u should make any new plan like Local Docomo to Docomo free (24 Hrs.) on any specific recharge like Virgin or Reliance GSM. If its possible please do it as soon as possible otherwise no problem.
And 1 more thing, I m facing some problem on my No. When someone calls me & I m not busy then also he gets messages that “The No. u r trying to call is busy on another Calls.” If he will try again & again then it will be connected.
When i check my balance to Dial *111# then I get message “Error in Connection” So I m requesting u Please do it as soon as possible.

Problem Facing: Recharge
Coming to the point, you have only one authorized center in my area to get e-recharged TATA DOCOMO prepaid cards i.e. BSEL Tech park near Vashi Railway station. Now, when you can make m-check (e-payment) for postpaid connection, why can’t you make same for prepaid? I will not pull off my car and go 5-6 km one-way to get recharge my prepaid card say for Rs. 100/- It will be shear Nuisance to do so because I will not spent 1-liter petrol for Rs.100 recharge and no one either.
Now you may say, you can get the recharge coupon form dealers, but they are also located at least 1.5-2 km form place to place.
I guess everybody including me are bored of hearing your “Sorry & inconvenience”. If you make inconvenience to the customer then I am sorry to say you will for sure lose the customer.
Well I hope you got my point, I suggest, you discuss this issue with your seniors and in turn management and take some action or give us date when e-recharge for TATA DOCOMO prepaid cards will be available.

I am working in BHEL R & D, Hyderabad.. in our office TATA DOCOMO signals are not coming properly but other N/W’s like airtel, vodaphone etc are coming. so please do something urgently to improve the signals.

Got a Tata Docomo sim with cell no starting from 80xxxxxxxx series in Bangalore. However when someone tries calling with +91 added (+9180xxxxxxxx) the message is that the number is invalid. Please help.

The World One of the worst mobile company
No Signal
No Coverage
No incoming call ( so many time the number bust)
No outgoing (20 tims try after only u pick the number)
in case u r in roaming No incoming Call
No custemer service ( one time i complaint 20 mits i explain he can’t understand after i transfer your call my manager he disconnct my call )
Every thing is true it’s not joke and bad comment
this all my exprience

Does Tata DOCOMO provides free Tata to Tata calling for the recharge of Rs.99 on all Tata networks(Dococmo, Indicom & Virgin) or is it only for DOCOMO to DOCOMO????
If its only for DOCOMO to DOCOMO then kindly provide free calling for all Tata networks, as it will be a great help for DOCOMO customers.
Also improve your network coverage strength as it is very poor these days in most of the parts of Mumbai-Maharashtra area. Infact some places do not have network at all in Maharashtra region.
