In Postpaid, customer can make a number choice (vanity numbers are chargeable). CUG is available only for Enterprise Business Segment.

Since I have a busy schedule I had called TATA DOCOMO agent at home to collect application. Its been ten days that it is not activated. The customer care did not help as they said inactive numbers cannot register complaint. nor were they able to track application number. The local office were also not very helpful. I am really frustrated with this pathetic service.

My Tata Docomo Prepaid No is 9043143122. Since last one month my outgoing calls are barred. Customer care advised me to resubmit the documents again, as my field verification has been failed. I bought docomo sim in dec’09 and the documents submitted(PAN card and tata indicom telephone bill) were accepted by the shop. After 10 days I received a call that documents failed verification and which details failed verification not told to me. Next I resubmitted CAF along with DL and assured by the same shop issue will be resolved. But again I received SMS that documents failed verificiation and now outgoing is barred. I don’t know how docments fail verification and they do not reveal what has failed. I think this is to somehow block some users after selling the sim and making money. what do I do next?

I am one of the customers of Tata Docomo GSM number. My number is 8983……… I have got a verification call from TATA.
I am very frustrated by the services that TATA providing me related with the GSM services.
Today, I called customer service caused out going of the number mentioned above is blocked and agent told me that “Out going is blocked because your verification is in negative”.
I asked the agent to transfer the call to higher authority and he transfer my call to Mr. XXX .
He provided me with the case number (XXXXXXXXX). I explained him all the case “as I am very frustrated with your services”.
Mistakes did by TATA agents:-
1. My sim-card activation took 3 days to activate without any cause.
2. I have submitted my passport photocopy as a document details still THE AGENT register my sim-card on my fathers name.
3. I got a verification call form TATA regarding the same even; I told the agent that, I have provided with the passport details which are acceptable worldwide, still he put my verification call on negative.
After a few days I received a SMS and call stating that; I should have submitted documents again.
I do have a document but why should I resubmit; TATA services is in fault and should have taken ownership of this issue and need to solve as soon as possible.
If it should have been my fault; I may submitted beforehand. Now I unable to make any calls because my outgoing service is blocked which is annoying and how should we trust on such a services.
Services where worst than ever ….

TATADOCOMO…..i had taken a prepaid no.8019078957…relationship no. 906157914 …the agent who came to my office was a lady named Padmaja she explained one kind of tariff to me and got me to sign the papers without filling them up saying she would do it for me later i came to know that i was given another tariff…by that time i had made only 3 or 4 calls…so i immideatly made a call to the local office and asked them to discontinue my account. i made more than 20 calls after asking for someone to come and pickup the sim card but no one turned up now i have got an lawyer notice saying i have to pay 850 or legal action will be taken against me ..in the notice they have given 3 no.s to be contacted but not one is being answered…thanks DOCOMO…TATA DOCOMO can u hear me….

Tata docomo gsm plan is one of the best plan in india, i like tata docomo’s service. & tata docomo scheme (recharge with rs 99/- & 500000 sec /fo month on tata docomo to tata docomo ) i like this scheme but i would like to suggest or request to tata please start this scheme not only tata docomo, start this scheme with docomo & tata cdma also.
i hope you think about that.

i have a very bad experience with TATA DOCOMO. Compony like TATA also cheating their custemor by diducting balance amount without downloading any thing. And after talking on custemer care with two diffrent persons, I came to know that both had given diffrent reasons for same amount. The manager was not even ready to hear the complain, and the person who was available,was not ready to registered my complaint and kept me on HOLD for more than a hour for 2 to 3 times aday. I want to register a complaint please guide me properlly. I am fadup with this kind of service.

I have purchased Prepaid SIM Card at Hyderabad last week after submitting Photo + ID (Voter Card) Proof at “Mobile Stores Shop”.
Now I am in Chennai for 2 weeks. And I am getting Continuous SMSs from TATA DOCOMO Service saying that “We have not received Complete Documents for your Mobile Connection.Submit them to retailer”
My Query is 1) Can submit my Docements at Chennai

I am using gprs package of 48rs for july 26th &on the date of august 24th morning unneccesary charged for 66rs for downloading , by complaining about that issue the coustmer care officers use to tell that you had usen the “diven setting ” , but i know very well that i am using the “tata docomo internet” settings only so as early as possibale plz solve the problem
