   I am sandeep saxena. i am using tata docomo mobile service m.no. is 9045006111. i am receiving unwanted sms from the service provider and my balance is reducing Rs 5-10/- after receiving every sms. i have complained 15 to 20 times in tata docomo customer care but they are not solving my problem. they are saying sorry but doing the same mischief again & again. as per costomer care the balence which was deducted earlier thought sms(like IPL GURU,live aarti etc..)will be credited as these are unwanted to me.but nothing happend after the complaining they are sanding this type of sms and debited regularly …….i m not understand what can i do………..

   i can’t send sms to any mob. i hav calld ur customer care correspondent today.. they said that change my sender no to +91 9032055002 and to send TEXT NO to the same no.
   i ha v done it bt still i cant sms to anywhere,,,,
   i calld u again n again….they didnt take ma call..
   giv me a solution….

     first time mobile switch & checked the inbox & outbox……….& sent ietum ,,,after save the massage center number +919032055002………go to the massage >massage setting >massage center number save ..

    on 26.5.11 there was a dedection of Rs 30 for cricket update.complaint was logged on 27.5.11. i was told within 24 hrs fund will be returned on 28 2130 hrs fund was not recieved.again on 29.5.11 when tried to contact in mor afternoon and night at 2045 hrs system was down lastly was told 48 hrs have been passed so fund will not be returned.requested to contact superwiser unfortunatly could no contact. being 3-4 yrs using tata docomo i feel i am cheated kindly pass this to the concern officer. my contact no is

    I have refilled a special Rs.35 pack in my phone 8976894991 as per the sms received thereafter i purchased refill coupen of Rs.50/ for refilling. However i am not able to get the refill of rs.50 in my phone. The message i received that contact cusomer care as this plan does not support.

    Kndly look into the matter urgently to enable me to refill my phone.
