On 23/02/2011 i recharged your internet offer of Rs 48 (30days 1GB),but while downloading games balance of Rs 146 from my main a/c got deducted and i talked to your customer care people and they are telling its chargable and all.If its chargable then why you people are giving offers by tellings recharge Rs 48 and get 30days 1GB memory free download and all haan????R u making fool out of us???? The Rs 15 pack for 3 days is a fake plan from tata docomo. No retailers have the knowledge on how to recharge or the availability of special pack.
Tata docomo can just block Rs 15 from the existing balance if the user wants gprs internet. But the scheme is made such a way that no one can do the special recharge and they will be charged on 10paise/10kb(approximately Rs 1 for yahoo finance webpage)
People who needs Gprs either go to some other mobile operator.
I say to be that the tata docomo unlimited internet charges per monthly price .

the minimum usage charges of 10p is cahrged under 2nd plan even if you use 1 kb !!

To I have purchased a DOCOMO SIM no. 537111001908991 i.e. Mobile No.8149751192 From Sub dealer Mr. Ganesh Pande docomo Sub-centre, Bardi Nagpur, his Mobile No. 9326325429. After purchased, this SIM card was activated immediately at about 10.30 am. with balance Rs.105/- and internet recharged for Rs. 99/-
After one hours this sim card is showing as invalid, where as I have already submitted all required documents i.e. address proof, age proof, and my colored pass port photo at the time of purchasing Sim card.

TATA DOCOMO INTERNET works with any PC or Laptop that has USB port for the cable. So after getting the settings save them and start browsing on your phone for free. But if you want to connect your computer to Tata Docomo internet Gprs, you will have to follow the given procedures.
Connect your phone to computer with Data cable
• Install the PC suite software.
• Connect mobile handset with your PC or Laptop via the USB cable.
• Click on “Connect to the Internet” icon from the PC Suite Program.
And if you want to do manual PC configuration, create a new connection using the “Make a new connection” wizard on your PC / laptop. Once a dialer is configured, leave the UserName and password blank. Enter the access number *99# .You are now ready to start browsing using the Tata Docomo free unlimited Gprs plan.

Sir, i have a samsung s3310 set. I can access net through d mobile well but it doesnt work wen connected to a pc. I hav got bsnl gprs settings on my cell. So do i really need to change d sim to get an easy access to net or is there any other way to solve d problem. And i also have done all d settings in my pc. Well no guarantee datz d correct one. i am using Tata docomo internet with my sumsung s8003.
just go to control panal,phone/modam,property,advanced than type a comand( AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET” )
and check your setings go throw my computer property,divice manager,advanced
make a new connection with and use APN TATA DOCOMO INTERNET
AND PHONE NO *99***1# save setings for desktop and close your pc suite then dial or connect.

I am using Samsung S3310 Mobile. My SIM card got damaged recently & i took duplicate SIM. That day onwards Whenever I am connecting to internet I am getting an error message saying “DNS Failed”. I called the customer care. They told me to switch off mobile and remove SIM card and then again install the setting and try. But that also not worked.

I have nokia 2600 classic. I connect my mobile to pc with bluetooth. I have tata docomo card. I saved settings which I received by sms (sent by 52270). But I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO INTERNET, IN ONE TOUCH ACCESS IT SHOWS ” THE SELECTED DEVICE IS NOT CONNECTED! PLEASE CONNECT THE DEVICE AND TRY AGAIN”. In my pc bluetooth show it is connected and paired device connected and working ok.

Hi, I am using internet connection in samsung monte mobile from Tata Docomo sim card. It is prepaid Rs.95/- internet package I am using for almost 20 to 22 days. But I am not able to get internet connection for my PC using data cable. I have installed the Samsung monte PC suite. Rest of the facilities or applications are working fine except internet connection for PC.
