But one concern i have I doubt about signal strength, when at home in nandini Layout Bangalore, that too outside i have disconnect and connect many times. I just like to share my experience with you all on DOCOMO .. its PATHETIC . I had taken two connections in my name at a time and given the same proof of address and details to these folks . Now One is barred and when I called to find the reason .. they says the address is not correct on their verification , I had spoken to these folks several time wasting my time, but no use of it . I don’t understand the logic … Why the other connection is not barred, if their reason of my address verification is not correct. I guess that other connection also would have barred by this time . Do any of you have experienced this kind of ridiculous service , I have spoken to the people from call centre , then transferred to the team manager ( Mr.Sai Ram ) to all … nothing happened till now , I started following for this from November beginning .. Another interesting part .. If you call to their call centre ,they will listen you then put you on hold for 20-30mts then disconnect , if you call again we need to start from the beginning …. Hope most of you have experienced this , pls alert the public .
I am sharing my views with you all to prevent , not to be in this trap or hands of this service provider . Be careful and think twice …
