- You could also send an SMS to short code 121 and our Customer service executive will get back to you.
- Email your questions, comments or suggestions to us at 121@airtel.in and we will get right back to you. Mention your mobile no. like 9810012345 in the subject of the mail without any space or any special characters between the digits for a quick response.
- We aim to resolve complaints at first point of contact. In case you don’t get satisfactory resolution of your query / complaint at the customer service centre you can get in touch with our Nodal officers.
- In case you are not satisfied with the resolution given at Nodal level, you may get in touch with Appellate Officers for redressal of appeal.

airtel always made extra charge eventhough you did not speak, i faced lots of issues, i used 1000 sms local ,but they charged 300, when i asked to them , they replied ssimply sorry , we will revert it back to next bill ,

I am writing this letter with deep annoyance. I had sent almost 10 mails to the customer care in India trying to activate my international roaming here in zambia. Every time I get vague replies and that too it takes about 3 days to get reply of one mail.

I reached Zambia n 19th April 2011. Since then I have not been able to use your services. My simcard does not latch to any of the networks automatically neither does it work when i try to select network manually. i am sure there is some problem with the sim card or with the services. I would really appreciate if you could help me out with this problem. It has been very inconvenient for me to communicate with my family members in India since I have come here. I have plans to stay here for about a year in Africa. So i request you to look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as problem.
Airtel has its presence in Zambia itself but the customer care of Zambia is not of any help to me. They have asked me to contact the customer care of India only. It would be of great interest for you to know that the vodafone-india customers here can use the airtel network of Zambia but I am not able to latch to any of the networks here.
I have sent all the necessary details to the customer care 3 times. If you need you can refer to previous mails in your database. Please let me know if at all my problem would be solved or not. Please reply at the earliest.

fearing that its from office in foreign location , I call back..
Without ring tone, it played prerecorded message in Hindi, saying your chance to win 3 nokia mobile blah blah, i immediately cut the phone. But to my surprise, the call charges deducted was 45 INR (=1USD).
I lost money to this fraudulent way of looting money from unsuspecting common people.. these must be stopped..
i was using airtel prepaid mobile no is 9840526270 i got lot of unwanted service message i call registered to do not disturbed he says this service will activate another 45 days only.i am call registered at dec 2010.but still that service was not activate.again i call to airtel customer care they said it will take another 15 days but still not activate.Now i have one another problem i am not able to contact customer care past one month in thru in my mobile,i have call registered to airtel customer care lot of times.still the problem not solved.Another one i try to change in my mobile plan but i am getting message recharge not successful.it was also going for one month.i am worried about this and more than disturbed.any one can pls help me solve this problem.
Please try to talk with the nodal officer to get ur issue resolved at the earliest.

hahahaha, this is Indian Cust Service. What do you expect? Airtel might be causing issues for some but I have had much worse experiences with Videocon. Again, do not expect top quality service from anyone. Laziness and “chalta hai” attitude is in our blood. Nothing’s gonna change until we cleanse ourselves.

i have never seen the cheater company as like as airtel. i think this is the biggest frodial company in this india. 1000 times i complane that my money is detucted without any service applied by me but they said sir u have applied this service . Before two month ago i call to customer care to stop all my services and incoming calls from customer care. when i want to talk to customer care then they disconnect the calls and never satisfied me. i dont know what f_ _king they are doing.
Airtel not fulfill the customer need. Any sceam activate any time, my experiance in customer care very bad my last interaction with parth soni he unable to solve my query so, he activate on my mobile 2 or 3 sceam & hellow tune due to that my balance goes in minus, airtel is india first company keep customer balance in minus. this is rediculas.
I also activate my internet pack till date my net not working on my mobile.
I can’t understand what’s going on. I can’t contact to customer care from my number. I don’t know why airtel open customer care center for customer trouble or othe.

I am using Airtel postpaid Connection from 2001 I am a regular customer of Airtel I have a total of 6 connection I love the the service but now I am getting problem from it.
From last few years Aitel has online paying option so I am paying my bill online from past 4 year without any quries because as I know airtel never cheats I use to pay my bill before the dud date as we know we will get out bill after the due date and when I saw my bill few days back I was really chocked by seeing
International outgoing calls package
Unlimited internet usage both were activate which I never do when I went to the local office here they said me to go in head office in Hyderabad and I have a personal talk to there manager and when I saw the details it shows that International calls is activated from past 7 months and and Internet is been activated from last 3 years which I never know we trust airtel so our company workers use to pay is regularly the amount directly and when the airtel office manager saw the details it shows from last 3 years I never use even a single kb of internet as its my business phone I will be on calls only and the amount was of Rs 18000/- and other was of international calls which was around Rs 750/- they booked the complain and later I got a call and they just refunded me 750 as if I am fool and said we will not give you that money as it is too old and suddenly they change saying that in unlimited plan we cant trace how much data is been traced.. and just made me fool
So is there any one who can help me I am ready to go anywhere also I am ready to book a case again airtel please help.

I had special tarrif of 1opaisa to all airtel no in my number. And then it was removed automatically. So I decided to port from Airtel. They them again gave back my special tarrif and excused for the problem. After 7 days when validity of portability number was lapsed again now my special tarrif is gone. What is this happening????

My name is Ajaz and i am from j&k, (pampore, pulwama) my prepaid airtel no. 9596333837 was cancelled by the company on 1 april 20011 without any prior information or message ,i therefore applied for the duplicate of the same no. in postpaid form and deposited an amount of Rs. 530 at the showroom situated at khanyar srinagar on 20-04-2011 where office bearers assured me that this number will be activated within 72 hours, but the same was not activated till date even after depositing the prescribed security fee of Rs 530 and submitting of proper documents.I personally twice visited the said showroom but to no avail . Now the issue:
As per information provided by you is MNP is free (or per TRAI the maximum charge is Rs. 19), but they charged Rs 50 to me. I am unable to understand that why they charged this amount.

I have an AIRTEL MP Prepaid Number 9685545110 for the last 2 Years or so, I had been receiving unwanted SMS-es especially from “: Love Tips of the day”: which blatantly told me that one rupee per msg is being deducted . I contacted AIRTEL helpline several times, but the customer care executives were not very helpful, every time I was told problem has been rectified .But I am receiving daily two SMS and Rs 2/- deducted from my main account. I feel very helpless and cheated from your side. Not only this many times the VAS services automatically started in my number & charged Rs 30/- then every time I requesting your help line nos 121 & 198 now these are also not helpful for me. I am feeling very embarrassing and helpless for losing my hard earned money every day. I am going to unsubscribe from AIRTEL for my other 4 family AIRTEL Mobiles and educate my surroundings with this fact if my request is not entertained fast.
Now I request your good self to STOP all the extra services on my number with immediate effect and credit my amount in my account.

I want take a suggestions & complaints on Airtel network for your kind supervision. I am using your service since last 3 ½ years not only me my entire family is using your Airtel service my friends also your Airtel customers. I am very happy to say we are all Airtel customers only some problems are there we are facing a lot off. I want to say that’s only. After coming of mobile number portability many service providers are attracting the customers with number of offers like full talk time double talk time offers but Airtel is not providing any offers to the customers presently I am using 2 seconds per 1 paise on daily 1 Rupee rental of all local calls presently I want to use more calls (AtoA) to my friends & family for interaction. Many more times I can suggest to customer care executives to change my offer for more use like A2A 10 Paise per minute and other local calls also on same daily One Rupee rental basis I am ready to pay daily One Rupee rental. I am requested to your Customer care executives & supervisors many more times than there is no use on my request simply the customer tech people are saying I am not eligible for above offer why I am not eligible I can questioned? To them There is no answer from there side and some people are saying use RC123 you can call A2A @ 10 Paise per minute for 1 month validity this is not a right reply to the customer why we want to use that offer. If we can take Reliance 190 plan I think we can call reliance to reliance unlimited for one month why we use your offer & why your executives are saying like that I am not under standing some times they are disconnect the customer call in the middle of the talking if we can call three to more times to customer care services 198 & 121 services will be disconnected from my mobile for 15 to more days. I can depend another mobile to interact to you customer care executives at that movement if I can asked the reason why the customer care interaction will be cancelled they are simply saying it’s happening technically. I am facing more & more times this kind of inconvenience. Sir why don’t we contact (or) complaint to TRAI for this kind of inconvenience to the customers not only these kind of problems signals also very weak in the urban area also suppose my office is in Lakidi Ka – pul in Hyderabad there is a weak signal if I want to call some one to my friends or family. I want to go out side from the office. Many more times I will complaint from this kind of weak signals 2 days will be worked correctly and 3rd day will be facing the same.
I am traveling daily Warangal to Hyderabad on my office duty I want to contact my friends or family at that time I want to talk much more time to them. Now I am using my friend Airtel mobile because his mobile call cost is less than to compare my mobile he suggest to me change the plan in my mobile but I am asked about the plans your customer care centre executives are not responding properly & they are not providing any information to me. I am not understanding why don’t you provide certain plans to all useful customers.
Airtel is offering many more offers to various Airtel customers for use. Than I ask that thing to customer care executive I am also want to use that kind of offers thy can take complaint and forward a request reference number to me than there is no use to me. More and more times it will be happen my request is still pending from your side. So please consider my request and please provide certain useful plans to me.

I purchased an MNP sim of airtel from Vikasnagar (ESSAR mobile point). My MNP sim number is 8755976332. I purchased it on 14/8/11. I had also got portability number. I had also given ID and photo too. Form is also filled. I wanted to go from BSNL to AIRTEL.
It is sad that this number has not been activated till now. I tried to talk customer care number 121 many times but could not get through. Is there any other number to talk to customer care?
I had also talked to BSNL customer care but no any satisfactory answer was given. My connection is prepaid no dues are left. My BSNL number is 94 56541655.
Kindly activate my MNP sim , otherwise I have to purchase new AIRTEL number which will be difficult for me because I do not want to change my number.

I am M.Singh from Nainital distt. (U.K) and suffering financial lose due to unnecessary activation of value aided services (VAS) on my M.Phone prepaid No:- 9760323940 by Airtel company without my request .Evan they activate a service of Rs.39/- from my balance of 40/- in Jully2011.I was surprise when customer care said to me that the service was activated by me but I have never activated any VAS from this number. After this, customer care refused to lodge my complaint about this unauthorise activaion of VAS and never reply about my complaint till date.
my broadband along with the phone( 011-49753381) has not been disconnected even putting request to the cunstomer care during my first month of inconvenience provided by airtel !! d net stoped working fr abt a week or one and a half week in dat month wich make me shift towards oder connections . no data is transfered after that month nd disconnection request hs been made serveral times .. calls r coming from different sections of airtel at my home and my number to pay for 5 months
.. 5 months ??? i put a request to terminate during my first month !! we are highly dissapointed by this kind of behaviour and harrasment to the customer
would like to terminate the connections emmediately and can resolve the first month payment that is nt paid by me ( deduce one and a half week nd send me the bill at my residence address ) .. note – m nt keeping past 5 month request numbers with me !!
