Once you you register there they will send you pin no on your mobile number via sms. Just enter that pin number in required place and you are ready to check and pay your bill online.

Very poor service. As a Post paid Customer , i feel sad
I took connection 98260-36608 at bhopal and presently in Delhi.It is always difficult to pay on line and money deposition centers are not keen to collect the money for away centers.
Bill viewing is also not easy- site is not stable
Why bills cannot be posted by E-mail?
If you go through payment instructions for on site payment, you will find that the time given for responding , choosing and filling details is too less.
By the time , you chose the bank and the mode, it is time out .
Something needs to be modified.
