I m having Trump prepaid card no.9869627100.i am sending sms to trump prepaid mobile no.9969782366,but this no.didnot get any sms from me, even i got delivery report after sending sms and my prepaid card bill amount also reduced. why this is happen from 10 days kindly inform me. I am facing difficulty to sending any sms to this number and unnecessarily my balance also reduced.please take action immediately and also reimburse my prepaid card balance.

I purchased a new prepaid trump connection, the number got activated the same day > submited my documents but the status of my number has not been updated in the mtnl records. The number is still registered on the name of previous holder nad the xstatus of the number is still P.D.(Permanently Disconnected). I have submitted the documents twice but to no avail. Please suggest…

trump services is too much ridiculous. no body is going to hear u untill u donot have any escallation metrix. their customer care is only for making you blockhead.nothing else
so try to avoid using it.
buy an another one any airtel or vodafone.
they take money as well as they provide satisfactory result.

I purchased a recharge coupon of TRUMP value money of Rs. 340 (talk time Rs. 300) on 15th April, 2009 from Hauz Khas market. While scratching the card during the recharge the 16 digit number got deleted from the coupon. Immediate contact was made to customer care executive and I was informed about submitting the card to Idgah Exchange, Room no. 401, 4th floor Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The card was submitted to Mr. Veer Singh on 17th April, 2009 at 12.00 a.m. at Idgah Exchange. He promised that my number will be recharged within 24 hours. From customer care service I got to know that I have to just keep my serial no. of recharge coupon with me. No other such information was told to me. After 24 hours i.e. on Saturday I had again talk with the customer care executive they told me that Saturday is half day and till Monday you have to wait for your recharge. On Monday I waited till 4 p.m. i.e. on 20th April. At 4.15p.m. I made a call to customer care executive they gave me the telephone no.(011-24329507) of G.M., MTNL Mr. B.L.Singh (C.G.O complex). I made a call to him too but there I had talk with a lady who in very rude manner told me “ki apko job hi karna hai kar lijiye, hum yahan se kuch nhi kar sakte aap Veer Singh se baat kijiye ” Beside this I was trying the landline no. of Mr. Veer Singh since morning but he didn’t responded me not even single time (011-23536825, 23536828). If he is not responding on his phone then why such no. are give to customer for contact.

New Trump connections are being sold by certain pvt dealers at prices above the mrp. one such dealer charged rs 200/- for a rs 150/- Trump connection. when complained, MTNL is turning a deaf ear to the customer. so beware…

As per your Query its clear that you have the Serial Number Mentioned on the Card. Did you tried approach the shop keeper and inform him about the issue ( As they have a different number i.e. dealers help line, from where they could do a recharge for you just with the help of the serial Number”). I’m sure he will be able to help you out. In case, you still face an issue then kindly right in your grievenance at “ Consumer Forum // TRAI” Authorities they definitely has to listen to you. hello ser/ madam i am rahim from mumbai i am using mtnl card my no.is 9869940738 a network is mtnl is very worst so please do not west your money to mtnl change 1 time and sellated another opperator e.g. tata gsm is a very good coverage in mumbai compare to dolfin mtnl is more old than tata gsm but coverage is mtnl is veryworst and tata docomo is best accoding to me

i got a msg from MM-Dolphin sayin that if we recharge for Rs.30, we’ll get 500 sms free, valid for 30 days. But nobody has any such recharge coupon.

MTNL network is very poor in comprison with Vodafone and Airtel. MTNL dolphin service does not function at all from basement. Cutomer care service also very poor and careless. An instance of carelessness: As per customer Cares’s advise, on 24.04.2009 I went to Room No- 401 at Sancharhat, Idgah, Koralbugh, Delhi and met with Mr. Narender Tyagi and stated him my problem regarding the illegible recharge PIN of my Dophin Trump up card of Rs. 225, vide Sr.No- 11211807911 that i purchased form a shop at GTB Enclave, nand nagari, Delhi-93.Then he checked the card thoroughly with computer and took my mobile No 9968218416 and the original Trump up and assured me that the card was not used yet and so it would be credited to your account very soon i.e. within two days. since then till date the amount has not been credited to my account though I repatedly reminded Mr. Tyagi and Ms. Sarabjit over phone at Sancharhat office.

i recharged my mtnl prepaid acc by Rs225 voucher from a dealer in my locality. i recd the sms saying the recharge has been done. but it was not showing in the balance. the dealer says that he cant do nethibg in this. the cust care doesnt take such complaints. my money is gone . wat to do. i wanna teach that dealer a lesson.
