What a way to provide service to your valued customers?
I am a prepaid subscriber of your company for the last two years and suddenly my connection has been put on hold. I am working as a senior manager with a nationalised bank and most of the callers are are customers and some most important private calls. I dont know the reason for this NON SENSE act on the part of some of your executives who have never bothered to act, I hope my grievance will be redressed immediately

Vodafone is one of the most pathetic service providers I have ever come across. I always thought Trump was the worst but after using both of them, Vodafone is miles ahead in worse-class service. I have been calling customer care 111 from my cell connection in the NCR region 9899991526 and the highly unproffessional customer care executives put me on hold for 45 minutes each time till I hang up after a great deal of frustration and now Im going for an Airtel corporate connection after much feedback from 6 of my colleagues who have also switched their loyalties from the most disloyal service provider (Vodafone) to Airtel, which is anytime better in terms of service and customer care. I really dont know how Vodafone is still existing in India. It should be given a Govt. Ban.

I am a post paid customer of ur vodfafone connection since last few years. Surprisingly I noticed that the bill claimed on different occasions are more than what I used the service. Some of the column of the bills are actually not clear to me. I tried to contact the customer care section on different occassions, but failed. Actually the name CUSTOMER CARE should be changed to that of CUSTOMER HARRASSMENT. I am sending this mail with a hope to settle different quories at the earliest. After much persuasion by vodafone call centre, I changed my pre-paid to post paid just last week. But I must say it was a cardinal mistake. I cannot make any ISD calls when I spoke to the customer care they ask me send a message and when I did, it is asking for some code!! some thing which was never given to me! Now if I want to get back to my prepaid there is no one who is able to given any correct information. It is a ridiculous situation absolutely appaling. This is customer service at its worst which is just simply frustrating. First they call you up persistently to change and then they are not there to clarify any query.

I believe the netwaork is good ,but Customer service sucks,Especially the addon services like CALLER TUNES not everyone is intrested in that ..By pressing a star key U automatically copy it but people are not informed and people who does’nt need it have to pay Xtra ..If thats how VODAFONE is making business I pity on the Cheaters ..for eg. there will be more than 1000+ customers who by mistake or unknowingly activai=te the caller tune so 30.00Rs.x1000+ everyday thats too much forget about POST PAID thank god im a prepaid cx…In July Ihad a crisis situation ..and I Xplained the manager ALOK BAVISI ..also he agreed it’s his COMPANY’s Fault of not providing information on call ..as it is he wrongly informed me he is a manager ..he just a TL ..Why they dont treat customers seriously…after accepting there fault still they could’nt refund me….Ive lost a lot of money for services i dont use …and the lost faith in vodafone care employees will never recommend it to anyone not even my enemy ..I think if they lie on call they are coward..and M*****F***ers…especially Mr.ALOK…ha

Hi,
I got a call from the Vodafone Customer Care Executive on 14th August saying that my credit limit of my postpaid connection had exceeded and was almost Rs 3400. Soon my outgoing was disconnected and I made a payment of Rs 2500 through mobile by my Credit Card and after that my outgoing was still inactive. After numerous calls I could not get my outgoing activated maybe 15th Aug and 16th being off for the Vodafone Executives. On 18th I got my outgoing activated and my billing date was on 20th August. Today being the 21st, I checked my bill online and to my astonishment there were numerous ISD calls from my number on 13th August which amounted to almost Rs 2500. It was on the same ISD number which was “43820******” which I don’t have any idea where the heck was that number from (maybe Austria). I had never made such calls to anywhere in the world and that also ISD call for almost 5 hours in one single day (i.e. 13th August) whereas on 13th I was in office the whole day and the mobile was with me too. I have lodged a complaint via email to Vodafone and even registered with the Vodafone Customer Care Executive and he said it would take 3 or 4 days to sort out. I don’t know what they are going to do about it and it is really frustrating if people are made to pay for unwanted calls made. I want them to check database as there is no way I would make almost 8 calls on same ISD number on one single day for Rs 2500. Or is it that someone can hack my number and call on behalf of my number.

I have not received my mobile bill for this month even though I made the payment. Have spoke to your customer service n’ number of times. So many promised 48 hrs and 3 working days gone but still I have not received my original bill as of now. Irresponsible customer service with no commitment.
I came to understand that from your team the bill was delivered on 2nd of this month to Mr.Ravi, but no one in the name of Ravi in our apartment. Would like to see the courier sheet to confirm the signature who received the bill at our premises.
I had complained the same issue earlier in many times for non delivery of bills on time and once the signature of my wife was forged by your courier company. Want to see the courier delivery sheet.
If this is the service level of yours, am requesting you dis connect my mobile and I can go to other vendors in the market.

I am a prepaid subscriber of your company for the last 5 years and suddenly my connection has been put on hold on 26 October 2008. one thing i remember u that i had recharged the life time validity card of Rs 495/-, on my mobile number 9885746143, I am running a mobile shop bussines and giving service to the customers and most of the calls which i recieve are of customers and some most important private calls. on october 26 i recieved a message as SIM REGISTRATION FAILED on my display, immediately i contacted customer care they stated that within 1-2 days they were going to solve the problem, but i wait for 15 days with same problem, and on 12th of November i came to know that the same number has been issued to one Shakeel of Hyderabad, how it is possible, as i recharged with lifetime on the same number, I dont know the reason for this NON SENSE act on the part of some of your executives who have never bothered to act, I hope my grievance will be redressed immediately. Since my daughter is a student where the mobile cannot be used often and also since we are not doing any business, one month’s time is not sufficient. I have a post paid Vodafone number 9820038867. I have paid my bill through the drop box at Vodafone , Angan, Thakurvillage,Kandivilli(E), Mumbai-400101 on 24th Feb, 2009, and the due date was 25th Feb,2009.
I get reular SMS’S regarding the 4 times before a shedule date of payment and 4-5 times after the payment is done as it doesnot cost the service operator.
In this particular case, the cheque payment was realised on 24 th Feb,2009 through The Bank of Maharashtra, Bandra (e) branch and even yesterday i get an SMS reminding the payment. When i go to the Vodafone store where i dropped my cheque on 24th, they ask all my bio and they do not have any record of the cheques collected and they only tht they do see that the payment is not received.
To day i get a phone from the landline of Vodafone asking the details of the cheque dropped etc.
I would like to know why all this harassment after my payment made 10 days back and so far in the last 10 years i have not defaulted the payment any time

Hi Sir/Madam,

simply not satisfied with services provided by your technical back-end
team. So here I want to register an official complaint against this
department whoever concerns are responsible for same.
Let me explain you my problems:-
The whole matter starts from 19th March 09, I am using Motorola L9 set
and I wanted to start MMS service on my cell phone, so first of all I
tried myself to activate GPRS and MMS then I came to know GPRS already
activated on my cell but when I want to activate MMS I received
message “Update Required” so I called up for same problem and I got
service registration no. “1617935254″ for same query and my problem
should’ve resolve by Saturday 21-Mar-09. But I didn’t receive any call
till Monday so I called up again at 111 customer care again regarding
same problem but the customer care executive checked out the status of
same request no. and it showed something like technical department
called me up but my cell was unreachable. So I got another request id
on 23-mar-09 that technical team will get back to me by 25-march-09.
This time I got a call from a technical department, I told them whole
problem and the technical person told me to select install from the
message he will send to me just after this call. Same time I got a
message “A connection setting will arrive shortly. Your PIN Code
is1234. Select “install” to update the phone.”
But here new problem occurred I got a message alert but no message was
there, now one message icon 24*7 attached on the top of my cell but
there was no message to select install or anything else. I called up
111 customer care again and escalated the last problem and this new
one too, now I got another request id and asked me to wait for next 2
days for call from technical team. I waited till 29th march 09 but
finally It was me only calling back for new request id like a stupid,
anyways I had to call to customer care yesterday as this message alert
on the top of my cell phone irritating me and asked the customer care
executive status of my request id “1630689464” which provided to me on
25th March- 09, the guy checked out same request and again answer was
same Technical team called me up and my cell was unreachable.
This time I decided to report one official complaint against your
back-end technical team so guy showed me the way to go to nearest
Vodafone store and report there he can’t do anything and again I got
new 4th request id “1639304756”. Still I am not expecting any
co-operation from your “Good for nothing technical back end team”.
Your technical back-end team is not co-operating with me, my cell is
working 24*7 and It never get switch off, there was no missed call
from any unknown number so it proofs these peoples not working
properly and just updating my request id’s without making any call
back to me.
Finally I want to resolve 3 issues now.
1. I want MMS activation on my Motorola L9 set.
2. The message alert appearing on my cell I want to remove that.
3. The concern technical persons updating status of my request without
doing anything, there should be some strict action against them. I
guess this is the genuine request against faulty guys.
I am hoping for co-operation from you guys now but if still nothing
happens, I will take this matter to consumer court. I want all these
problems resolved by 31st march 09 according to my last request id

I am a new customer of your extreme organization, I have just get a new post paid connection phone no+91 9918448555 in sultanput city under the life time post paid offer, on 26/03/2009 from your Vodafone shop, which was sold by Mr. Vijay with the commitment that the my bill cycle was from 1st to 30th of all month.
He is also committed me that plz, send a message on 111 write PPC HR699 and get it changed in half rate plan on 30/03/2009, but after doing the same noting is changed. When I call at your very good and very know ledged call center on 30th night at 10 pm, one person is telling that your message is received and same has been changed on 31/03/2009 night after 12. When I call today night, some Mr. RAVI is picking the phone and he is telling that I have not received any request regarding this. After my requesting repeatedly, he is telling that yes, he is having my request but he is not going to processed it because my billing cycle is 16th to 15th.
He is very match rudely telling that I cannot do any this kindly mark a mail to my boss and company for any resolution.
Sir I am only 5-day-old customer with your renowned organization and get this type of treatment from organization and not only from one person from three persons.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it other wise I am bound to go in consumer forum as well as triy complaint cell.

I had written to your customer care more than two weeks back about couple of things regarding my bills and specially the ISD bill.
Actually when I got the ISD service connected from your Salt Lake , City Center office, I was not told the rates, even I had insisted. Perhaps the executive was not aware about this.
However when I was in Switzerland , I got SMS from Vodafone to deposit Rs 5000. I instructed my kolkata office and deposited the amount forthwith.
When I was back at Kolkata via USA I received a bill ( Rs 13000 plus) which I felt very high.
I written to your customer care only to know the details of last bills ( last three months) only to check with my last records. This is yet to reach my hands yet.

I had an impression that my outgoing calls are barred. As such I stopped calling through my cell. However Ms Arpita has clarified that the prefix message is not for barring rather a regular statement from the system itself. I like to thank her for her customer attitude.

Its with utter disaapointment that i am writing this comment. i have taken a VODAFONE connection 1 month back and my sim has got deactivated 4 times!!!!! But i am sure my bill will show me the usage for 30 days. this is utterly ridiculous. I went to the vodafone store also to submit the documents but they said nothing is required. still after that, twice the service got disconnected and when i spoke to the customer care they say i need to resubmit the documents.Hello!!! i mean do you guys think that we dont have any work other than visitibg the Vodafone stores?????
please stop irrtating the customer and try to help him out.
i will suggest somethng,in case of such problems, please send some one to the house of the customer to collect the details.

I received an SMS on 23/05/09 that the ECS clearing for the vodaphone bill due this month was rejected by the bank, and as a result, the services would be discontinued.Being a practicing doctor, asd more so as I was just leaving the station (Noida), I requested that the matter be held till my return. It was with great difficulty & much pleading that this was agreed to by your customer care exec.though I could not fathom as to why the ECS request was turned down & I had sufficient funds available.I was informed very curtly indeed to contact my bankers for the details which either the exec did not have or would not divulge despite my repeated requests.
On my return, I contacted my bankers : PNB Sector 18 noida, and was horrified to learn that your establishment had given a wrong account number & hence the ecs request was not accepted. I immediately got in touch with youe exec at 111, and informed her about the details & also gave my account no so that a fresh ecs request could be forwarded. Despite requesting to speak to the supervisor I was put on hold for about 5 mts with no contact & then i terminated the conversation This call was around 1400 hrs.
At 1938 hrs the same evening, I again called up 111 to confirm wheather the matter had been rectified, but to my amazement learnt that nothing had been done! On contacting the supervisor Vikas Kumar I was informed that nothing could be done & that I would have to proceed to the Vodafone shop to have the matter rectified. Perhaps the most vile & horrific experiance in customer care & marketing that I have ever had is at your vodafone shop in sector 18 Noida & I abhor to get there & wait & wait for eternity to get rectified a problem created by u. I wish to make it explicitly clear that because of a goof up at your end (which not only do u not wish to accept or even apologise for & flatly refuse to rectify) I have been threatened with discontinuation of services & to proceed to your shop to get the matters sorted out !! Is this your level of customer care and approach to a problem created by you or have u become so high handed as to harass one who has been your customer over the last eight yrs or so for no fault of his ?
I do clearly state that I will not proceed in this heat to your centre : the onus is on you & you had better get the matters rectified. If in case this is not done I will have no option but to take recourse with a legal option.

I was gone to Vodafone outlet to change this plan with same number in my name but executive at outlet Delhi Road has told me to lodge the request through my brother at Vodafone outlet situated at Guru Dwara Road, Gurgaon. I did same but when my brother went there with same request they said to him that pls come with your brother i.e., me. Now I suppose they are only making us fool and wasting our time as well by changing arguments and oral statement. It is not possible for both of us to go there simultaneously.
At that stage, meanwhile I received a bill from Vodafone that showing Billing Value of Rs. 598 approx as per Rs.299/- PM rental plan that is earlier denied to avail by me while I was informed by you that only Rs. 209/- is payable and due as on 26.05.2009 that was already deposited by me on your request and assurance of changing plan having same number.
Now I think Vodafone and you “Matrix” have no interest in customer’s requirement and have interest only in making money.
Further, You are requested to advice me what to do while I’m not agree to pay more than Rs. 300/- that is my liability but extra 300 is not my liability and added to my bill only due to negligency of outlets executives who conveyed different arguments and wasted my time that caused of increase my bill to an extra month. Otherwise I have no option excepting to leave this number and Vodaphone as well.

hello my experience with vodofone is horrible.
i lost my dad on 20th of june.
i didnt go out as people were coming to meet me .
suddenly on 24th of june comes two messages saying that hello you just spoke to some girls
i forgot their names .they asked me how is their response in their office.
again today 25th of june there comes a message
saying that as per your requirement we have chnaged your tarriff plan.
i phoned to customer care of vodofone, the response says sir you had been to our office in kolhapur today and you were there in sangli vodofone office yesterday.
i narrated the whole story even then the customer care person says that i have to go to their vodofone office in person and enquire and he told me that he cant help to me.
this is very embarassing.
i request authorities of vodofone to look into the matter.
even after my phone also they are not lifting the phone.
i am feeling sorry for VODOFONE dealings

I want to know the detail information of my bill having number 9999880713. I went to your vodafone office at peeragarhi having request number 1841719788. But they didnot take any action towards this and ask me to go to your web site .
Actually i took my vodafone no. to roaming area for last two three months so naturally i use my no. as minimum as possible.At the end of june when the bill came,it was Rs 3009.81 out of which RS 2141.55 were only of the messages that were not sent by me.

2.You are requested to look into this matter that why your network didinot provide between Apr 18 to may 19 and why your executives like sweta are harrassing customers without any reason.

i recharged my number with rc50. then i got rupees 46 in my phone.i registered for sms pack of Rs 5 but i dont get my messange pack. then i call to 111 but they hold my phone and then disconnect my phone. then they start cutting my balance from phone. they start chat service and callertune. i neither said to them for that nor i send any message to them. they make my balance -20 RS . THEN after 5days i rechare my phone with RS 20 after 1 day they again subtract my balance with some services .and now my balance is RS -1.i dont use any services. the name of ur employ is nitin,ajay . but there are two more but i forget their names .my number is 9646188924. i want my balance back..

I have just migrated from Vodafone postpaid to Vodafone prepaid. The customer care helpline no. 111 has become unresponsive since then. There are some problems I am facing with my new account and there is no body to answer the calls. All I get is an I.V.R. repetition that doesn’t even have an option to connect me to a representative.
This was not the case with Postpaid. There was an option to talk to customer care person and I always used to get some one on the line. However, since the migration, I have realized that the prepaid customers are of no value to this company of frauds.
A company I can no longer trust, aka Vodafone, is HAPPY TO HELP. Sure it is!

This is on Vodafone customer care, how rudely they respond to the calls. caller has made a call on customer care to enquire about the dedicated balance and guy at customer care center was no knowledge about it and he started shouting and started raising the voice and started abusing.

I am been vodafone customer since two and half yearMy mobile no-9986075491. Recently i have changed my residence address and informed customer care to update and sent the bill to my new address.
I have been spoken to many people which you can see the recording , when i request for bill to send to my new address updated, the request was taken.
later another four when i have not received , called the customer care the same was told will receive the bill in two days, which i have not received till date.
Today i have been to vodafone store to inform and collect the bill, it was straight away refused by Ms roopa and store manager Natesh.
The approach was very bad, Bad to help.not happy to help.
The commitment given by vodafone, is not fulfilled, false committment, and i was made to wait, call , run for twelve days which was bad.
I was offered bill receipt with new address which is not solving my purpose, charged Rs1/-.
I dont wish to be vodafone customer anymore and the same wish to tell to my office and not to go for vodafone anymore.
I would like to update everyone, where ever its possible about my bad experience

My name is Rigin And , i am from bangalore, i am using vodafone for more than one year.till 29th sep 2009i didnt have any complaint like this.
As i called customer care on 30 th of sep 2009 to change my 119 plan the customer care people were not responding me properaly. They were telling that we cant change the plan, only we can do wrong reverce recharge,i went and told to retailer to do so. and he did it for me and he told me that it will take 7 days.
then on evening one person told me that i can recharge for 99rs so i can change.this was late responce from the customer care and it was on 1st oct evening. but on afternoon on 1st afternoon i asked them is there any provision to make my local sms free they told me to do 49 rs recharge i did it at 4.18 pm on 1st. it was not activated i called customer care they told me that it will be activated within 24 hours.But till 2nd 5 O clock it was not activated.
then i called customer care that time they told me that rs 69 booster is still activated.so he told me how to deactivate it i did so. he told me that he will activate as soon as possible.then i called them he told me to call after 7pm.when i called them at 7 they told me to call by 8pm.
when i called at 8.45 pm two of the customer care excutive cuted the call.then i called two times again then i told them to connect them to supervisor they were not ready to accept it.

Now I dont feel the postpaid connection is of much use for me as the prepaid is having so many offers. So how can I change my postpaid connection to prepaid.The customer care says that there is no possibility of this. I K Laxman rao resident of H.No 1-7-19b, J.S.N colony,St No-8, Habsiguda,Hyderabad. have been approached by your company to use my residence to install a cell tower om my pent house.A agreement was singned and the ID no 1211 was allocated, since last two years water logging is the order of the day whenever it rains which is cousing seepage of water in to the beams of the building and wet roof tells all about the problem.
i have contacted every person who is incharge of maintenece of the tower for the last 2 yrs, but every effort is in vain.I am fed up with the repeated requests made by us get this problem solved.kindly look in to this problem as this is damaging the building.Further i also warn the company that i will approach consumer court if this problem is not solved quickly.

I’d like to know if anybody does really care to read the issues adressed here and take any actions to solve them. What’s the point, complaining here or at the customer care, no real action is taken whatsoever to resolve the problems faced by a customer.
All I’d say is, Vodafone sucks big time! Their service is awful. They openly swindle money from customers. They’re not bothered about their reputation. So long as they get their money, they’re happy. I say this because I’m frustrated to that extent using their “service” – if you can call it so!!
So, beware people! Think twice, or more before you opt to go for their “service”.

Trust me the only reason to keep this vodafone number is my existing contacts and people who know this number. It happened many times in the past where i have been left with no information from your customer care executive who more than “Happy To Help”. Sorry to say that but this is a shit customer service that you are providing being in service oriented industry.
Recent instance to share is the activation of my duplicate sim card which i bought early this morning from a vodafone store in Thane. i was told that the service will start in 2 hours but know its 9.30 in night and i am handicapped without my phone.I dont understand whom to speak to beacuse the Executive of vodafone dont know anything technical and dont know the info that customer wants(Ex: Vodafone e-mail id to write my complaint -You can chk the call that i have dialled to vodafone care).I spoke to Chetan,anubhav,other executives just to listen to the assurance and doing got dammid nothing.
Nevertheless to be frank i never liked Vodafone just for its customer service barring its network. And you can see my usage of the phone is very less coz i use my Airtel phone to do most of my calls..And just waiting for 31st december where i shall be allowed to change Service provider retaining the same number.
Thank You for your wonderful Help and hope my card is activated soon as i have urgent calls to receive on my Number.
But bad word of mouth regarding the customer service will always increase.

i had a vodafone connection under lifetime prepaid, now i had recharged as usual for Rs.200. after a month they took away the 200 talktime , when i called the customer service they said that there is a validity of 1 mth on the 200rs recharge. this is the worst service, i had the number since hutchison , now i think this sort of service is downright filthy, after arun sarins exit i think they will exit soon dunno how they are paying rent for their towers and employees

My name is Pradeep and i have been using vodafone for the past 4+ yrs. I have been facing some or other probs. with vodafone .. but still i thought Y should i change my number coz i was nvr interested to change my number.. Now i wanna share with you how disgusting their service is…
I have 2connections on my name..
I used to pay 50p/minute for STD and now i pay Rs.1.25p/minute after consuming 200minutes.
My bill has started shooting up from Aug. or Sept. I requested vodafone guys so many times please send me the complete itemised bill via email because i wanted to see what the reason is … Why my bill has shot up and after placing the request for more than 10times, I got an itemised bill this month and then after seeing the plan and talking to the floor Supervisor she told me that You are not on Accenture 299 plan but you are on Accenture 249plan and this is how the tarrif is .. Rs.1.25/minute. However I opted for Accenture 299plan and without my information these folks have changed my plan from Accenture 299 to Accenture 249.I used to pay 50p/minute but now my plan is 1.25/minute.
She also told me that we got the confirmation from Accenture .. My questions are..
1. Why did you guys inform me via email/phone/SMS b4 changing my plan ?????
2. As per the supervisor.. Vodafone freezd the Rs.299 plan long time ago and automatically all the customers have moved from 299plan to 249plan …..
3. Why the heck these folks stop sending me itemised bill ???????
Vodafone SUCKS …….. Dn’t ever try to be a customer of Vodafone …

I was very happy with the services of HUTCH when I first took it in 2005. Till March 2007 I did not face any problem. After the same I shifted my connection to AIRTEL. I was then in Chennai. The reason for changing the service provider was discontinuing of One India Plan without informing the customers.
However I was transferred to Kolkata in October 2007. I was impressed with the postpaid corporate plans offered to us (working in an international bank) and I jumped back to Vodafone (9830838400).
I had two connections and I was using the same without any hassles. Suddenly from Jan-Feb 2009 both of my bills started shooting up. Where my calls to both of my numbers were free (as per the plan), however the same was removed without any intimation and normal charges started levying.
Speaking to customer care officers was like banging your head on the wall or just talking with a robot. Not a single attempt to understand the issue and willingness to help the valued customer. There are two issues——-skill issue and will issue.
If it is skill issue then more training is required for these guys. But if is the second one…. Then GOD saves Vodafone.
Finally I was forced to close both my Postpaid connections and paid the balances confirmed to me by the CSE, then and there. I was confirmed that I would get my next month bill with some mere amount (for the plan charges) and I need to pay the same accordingly. I was also asked not to use the connections any more.
I submitted the required documents and collected my migrated Prepaid connections (same numbers) and stopped using the post paid ones from 30 October 2009. After that I never received any bill, neither any confirmation from Vodafone regarding any pending dues till date.
Surprisingly from 5 December 2009 onwards, both of my Prepaid connections were stopped, where I had power recharged just two days before and had some balance also. As a banker I receive lot of calls from my customers.
Mr. Sridhar Rao(Head, Customer Service), please imagine if your connection is deactivated and nobody is there to help you ! How do you feel?
I am fed up of these troubles. If you are proud of holding a large customer base and do not require old customers, then be it. Remember customers only can bring money for your business. One dissatisfied customer like me, can attract lot of your customer base and effect your business…..I hope you will agree to this fact.

I was having 998 advance rental plan on my post paid connection. i was called and asked if i want to renew my connection i said yes but on 23 of Nov 09 one day before the renewal i changed my plan to 299 hello plan. Then i recieved a bill for Rs 1311/- The bill raised by Vodafone is wrong illegal and unsustainable in eyes of law and is a deficiency in service on part of vodafone.I called vodafone several times and i visited the vodafone store on 13th Dec after paying Rs 350/ out of the illegal bill of Rs 1311/- i was given a false assurance and complaint no 8669298. I started recieving messages on my phone when ever i tried to dial a no that connection will be interupted if bill is not paid. I cant be billed for the services i have not availed and for the services i do not want. I request Vodafone to rectify this problem. That inspite of my numerous complaints and visits to vodafone , i am still recieving the bill along with the demand of payment for 998 advance rental plan. This is contrary to the vodafone sologan of HAPPY TO HELP, I hope that the senior management at Vodafone will help me and resolve my problem.

I had prepaid number which I had to convert to post paid so that I can get my mobile reimbursement. Now some tariff has been added to my bill for which I am required to pay Rs. 599 every month (scheme-699 min STD free). This has been added to my november as well as december bill. When enquiry was made regarding the complaint, I got the response that I had activated the scheme on 26th oct 2009 which I had not activated. Now when I want to change my plan to prepaid, I am being told that it is not possible.We earn money by working hard and because of such acts of the company we are forced to pay extra. Now I am going to send a formal mail to higher authorities of the company and if this is not resolved withing time then I will lodge complaint with consumer forum and other related authorities. I will make sure that I get my money back.
Please let me know the procedure of changing plan from post paid to prepaid.

Customer service? What customer service? I was charged Rs.300 for international call that should not have exceeded Rs. 50. Tried to call customer care but gave up after the 6th attempt. Just today I had a problem with the Vodafone Wrold Calling Card. All I can get is recorded messages giving me a myriad of options…minus one where you can speak to a human being. Really helpful. “Happy to Help”. More like, “Happy to give you the run-around, advertise every money-making scheme we can think of, and avoid being of any assistance”.

I,P.Vidyadhar is Prepaid Coustmer for your net work services,I requested your Caller tune’s Dept to acvtivate the devotional song of Bharat Ratna M.S.Subba Lakshmi’s Bajagovindam set as caller Tune which is avaible with your net work and requested through SMS of 19 times on 23/01/2010&24/01/2010,but the service provider is set some other caller tune not as per my choice and which is not a devotinal and for this I losed an amount of Rs.65/-.If the setrvice provider gives the choice not for my wish.Secondly I have Prescribed for Missed call Information also,but the service provider is sending a massage when the miss call was taken place you are sending a message from 5303 and advising to send a SMS due to this again Iam lossing money and Iam un able to get the proper Information.
Thirdly,After we subscribing the Caller Tune also there is no use,for exp:If some calls my Mobile Number,Instead of the caller tune the service provider it is not providing the caller tune immediatly,and the service provider is making publicity to the other party(Person who Called me ) stating that,If you like this caller tune please subcribe Our service.Due to this firstly the duration of the caller tune duration is become very short .
Therefore,please advise me in this matter.

Sir/Madam,
Please help us as early as possible. My wife is using the Vodafone sevice for the last 2 year. Last 8 to 10 month she is using bonus card to get the benefit of 60 paise calling by rechrging Rs.39/- but onence the bonus card validiy expired it start deducting 1 rupee perday automatically, which we dont want. (this situation happens many times ).We sent masg. to vodafone to disconnect the service but still it gose on deductiong the Rupee 1/ day.
Otherwise i would like to shift the service of VOdafone to other service like IDEA,BSNL etc.

Very Frustrated and Fraud Company:-VODAPHONE
Today 28 Feb’2010,
In the morning My balance was Rs51 and some paisa. I sent few Text messages and I made few calls as well but that was on Vodaphone nos.I had a recharge of 199 and 35 to make vodaphone to vodaphone calls free and for free sms. So my balance should not be deducted. Around 1:30 or 2:00pm I noticed that my balance is Rs42.934. So, I called Cust Care but didn’t go through, I tried several time but was facing same issue then, I called Cust.Care No from my friends phone and when I talk to the agent he told me that i have sent 4 sms to STD nos. and that’s y they deduct my balance 1.50/sms and for more information you need to call us back as I don’t have your full info and that will be updated in another 4hrs or so. But actually I sent only 2 STD SMS not 4,and according to them they should deduct only Rs 3 instead of Rs 9.43. When I asked the agent that y I can’t make calls from my no. to Cust. care no. then he told me that your account was blocked to make toll free no. 111 but I am activating it and it will be alright in 4hrs. and when after 4 hrs I try to make call to Cust. care no. this time my call go through and when I asked the agent that this was the case and let me know why you deduct the Rs 9.43 instead of deducting only Rs3.00 he said that I can’t access your records because your account is not updated and I can see your record till 19th Feb 201 when you recharge your account with Rs 50.00 then How come the previous agent told me that you have sent 4 STD Sms and that why they deduct the amount and this time the agent disconnect the call.
Now when I try to call them again I noticed that again they have blocked my account to call Cust. Care No. I don’t know what kind of services they are offering to their customers and how this company is earning. I have decided to take appropriate actions against the company now if they’ll not give me the credit back in my account.

After making calls when I get the balance message , along with the balance message it has shown ” recharge with 202 and get 404 Local & STD talktime for 30 days”.
After receiveing this message I had recharged my moblie in few minutes for Rs.202/- , but I got credit for only Re.1.22(One Rupee Twenty Two Paise Only).

I am using vadafone number 9986674425 which is in the name of Sunil.
One month back customer care called me and told about the 52 pack and forced me to activate it.
After one month 52 pack got deactivated. When I called CC they informed me to go to a outlet and recharge for 52. It’s nonsense. Why I have to go to outlet and recharge every month when I am maintaining good balance. Why it can’t be deducted from my account?
I called CC and told them to deduct from my account. Ever after two day it was not done. I was fed up with the customer care and told them to cancel the request. Then I activated 49 pack. Money got deducted.
After one day again 52 got deducted and that plan was activated. Even after repeated reminders Customer care dint respond properly and told me to wait for 2 days for the refund of 52 rupees. They even told me that 49 pack will be activated once 52 is deactivated it dint happen.
Now I don’t have any pack and I m loosing 1 rupees for sms.
I am using vadafone from long time but recently customer care response is pathetic. I m trying connect to representative from yesterday and it is being redirected to main menu every time when I select 9.

Iam vodafone customer for the last5 years with prepaid sim, with 9885009371 number,but the vodafone staff forcely made me to convert to post paid with so many promises and got executed the ECS mandate, but not executed by them and due to non payment of bill my connection is disconnected without information.This is the worst services giving by them and making the customers run away from it,
