   Idea don’t have Internet roaming free plan. On the other hand airtel have……..so i m going to convert my no. to airtel. if i don’t get any reply from idea.

     Self having pre-paid connection no. 9837400127 got recharged twice of Rs. 9/-as suggested for Ps. 1/Sec. call.

     Please look into the matter and get the same expedited at the earliest.

   I RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM IG-IDEACL AT 09:32 AM AND Rs.7/- DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT

   SIR I DONT START ANY SERVICE FROM MY MOBILE INSTEAD OF IT I GOT DEDUCTED BY Rs 7/-

   NOW I WANT THIS Rs 14/- RETURN BACK TO MY ACCOUNT

   AFTER THIS SERVICE I CALL TO COUSTOMER CARE ON 09:42 AM AND I CONTECTED WITH Mr.SOURABH
   WITH THIS COUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE I WAS UNSATISFIED AND AFTER TALK TO THIS I KNOW THAT ON 15 JULY 2011 Rs 7/- IN MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FOTRTHE SERVICE LOVE KI DISPENSERY .AND THIS EXECUTIVE DOES NOT HEAR MY COMPLAINT AND SAID THAT YOU WILL CALL AFTER 04 HOURS,

   THEN I CALL ABOUT 02:30 PM TO COUSTOMER CARE AND I WAS INTERACTED WITH SOMEONE WHO ALSO DOES NOT HEAR MY MATTER AND DISCONNECT THE CALL .

   AFTER THIS I CALL 06:42 PM TO COUSTOMER CARE ON 198 AND I WAS INTERACTED WITH ANKUSH AND THIS PERSON ALSO DOES NOT HEAR MY MATTER AND ABUSE ME AND SAID THAT DO, THAT YOU CAN DO .

   NOW I AM GOING TO UPBHOKTA MAMLE VIBHAGH AND IN MY MOBILE HANDSETT I HAVE RECORDED THE INTERACTION WITH ALL THE THREE EXECUTIVES AND ON THIS BEHALF I AM ABLE TO GET COMPANTATION FROM YOUR COMPANY .AND ON MY STATUS LOSS I DRAG YOUR COMPANY TO COURT .

   MY POST PAID CONNECTION HAVING NO.9086033619 WAS NOT IN SERVICE FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS AND NOW IT HAD BEEN DEACTIVATED.I HV TALK WITH IDEA POINT ALSO BUT NO RESPONSE I RECIEVED.I HV BILL PAYMENT DUE OF RS 121 BUT THE IDEA POIN CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES WERE NOT ACCEPTING AND ALSO TELLING THAT THE NO CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED. SO PLZ KINDLY SEND ME DETAILS ,WHY MY POST PAID CONNECTION CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED ,KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION.

   Dear Sir,
   I had Idea prepaid connection, which your employees got it converted into post paid saying that they have better options and also took a fee of Rs 200/- in advance. I also opted for internet connection on my cell, which was charged for apart from my plan. Then they got it converted [net plan ] into a new one which you have recently launched and after that i was not able to acess net on my cell. when i did tell them, firstly they asked me to contact customer care and said that it is working on their end very rudely. I called to your customer care, again i talked to a guy and he said that he is transferring my call to another executive and asked me to hold. After about 10 minutes, the call got disconnected. I again called your representative PREET and she gave her cell to her boss and she also talked rudely. The office is opposite police lines in karnal.
   That executive Preet her cell no. is 8059886094. I just wanted to tell you that i had a very bad experience from your end, and i am the kind that don’t change my no. often. But thanks to you now i am switching from idea to other. Consider it a wake up call as i don’t expect anything from your end. What an idea Sir ji.

    sur mere yaha per servicr center hone ke bab bhi koi bill collection karne ko koi bhi sels men aata nahi he. me ne is bare me apke service center pe bat bhi ki thi per uska koi re action nahi aaya.

    sir my name is jose kiran cheenikal and i took one connection from kerala mobile#9947510353 on this year (post paid plan INR 149/-) and i have paid three months advance amount and i have already paid the other moaunt in advance so that after three months this is to converted to PRE PAID now when iam calling i am getting a response that the no is not in service
    i have already given INR 250/- as advance

    please reply i don’t want to lose this mobile no since all my friends are having this no and all the bank alerts

    WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

    This is to bring to your notice that there has been a poor response of
    idea customer care towards the customer…..

    I Mehul Chheda with idea number (8108875304).It seem that idea does
    not give importance to its customers.

    The issue is that is that I had subscribed to 1 day GPRS pack of Rs 5
    on 9thAugust 2011 at the end of day on 9thAugust 2011 my Pre-Paid A/c
    balance was reduce from Rs. 360 to Rs 196. I have contacted your
    customer care at least 4 times on 10th August 2011 in last reply at
    2.40 pm on 10th August 2011 your idea customer care executive (named
    Priya) replied me that I will be getting the wrongly deducted balance
    within 24 hrs.

    Even after 24hrs there was no amount was refunded to me.
    Again when I called Idea Customer Care (198) on 11thAugust 2011 at
    2.50 pm your customer care executive (named Sheetal) said since u
    didn’t get refund after 24hrs u need to lodge a complaint & SR
    NO.1-17234605457 was raised by her which was actionable after 24 hrs
    (at 3 pm on 12th August 2011).

    On 12th August 2011 when I called Idea Customer Care (198) at around
    3.30 pm I got reply that I will get a call from idea for refund after
    4 hrs since there is some technical problem right now.

    Again on 12th August 2011 when I called Idea Customer Care (198) at
    around 7.30 pm I got reply that there is some technical problem & u
    will get call from idea for refund on 13th August 10.am.

    On 13th August 2011 around 10.10am when I called idea Customer Care
    (198) I got reply that the software through which refund is given is
    not functioning & u will get refund in 4 hrs.

    Since I am a pre-paid customer & my balance is already wrongly
    deducted idea cellular does give importance to my complaint.

    Does idea cellular really have any timeline to resolve my case?

    I am idea coustomer for just 2 months and from the beganing i am facing problems.
    in the beganing when show my intreast in buying idea connection .the executive comes to my place for filling up the form and to take activation charges worth Rs 250,and the promised me to activate my sim within 2 to 3 days but it was not ativated even after 10 days after that the calls from idea cellular sales executive(mehek) was stopped and she also switched off his mobile ,i visited the address written on the reciept ,it was afake address of the agency and the phone number written on it was also fake.then i traced mehek’s number with the help of the police and after tracing her i caught her and asked for my amount and she commited me that my sim will be activated in 2 days ,i waited and my sim was started.
    After that when i started usin idea the welcome call came to me after a week telling me my benifits of the plan which was absolutely differwnt from what was commited to me while convincing to buy an idea connection ,again i was befooled.
    Now when my first bill was generated on 17th july ,my due date was on 1st of august ,i asked idea’s costomer care to give me an address of idea shop where i can pay my bill but the address which c.care is giving me is again not there ,the idea shop was already shifted from there,i asked them to please give me another idea shop address but they are refusing by saying “mam shop shift nahi hui hai vahi hai” but actullly it was shifted ,after shouting on idea cc they gve me anothe address and i asked them to waive off my late charges as i am not at the fault side the address given to me is wrong ,they refused by saying “aapko weiver tabhi milega jab aap payment karoge”i did that paid my bill and ask for a reversal but they say it will be reflected on your next bill,my second bill genarated on 17th august but charges was not reversed,when i ask them for reversal cc executive said “mam reversal abhi nahi milega next maonth milega”
    wanna ask iea ki agla mahina kabhi aata ha kya.why the coustemer care executive kabhi ek baat kehta hai to doosra executive doosri,agar aap koi commitment karte ho to ose pura kyon nahi kiya jaata?saare cce alag alag information kyon dete hain?

    and your cce are so under trained that they dont want to listen to what coustemer is saying but just speaking one record ,they dont even have a genuine answer for our questions.Specially Mr. Ramashankar (superviser cc) is so unpolite and illogical that its so hard to make him understand our point.Lagta hai training mein jo sikhaya bolne ko wahi point repeat karna hai har baat ka .
    please trained them to answer our questions rather than making them a notice board.
    and please tell me when my charges will be reversed because every time they are commiting me so but when bill generates they refuse to do so.please help.

    I am totally amazed to see that idea is deducting amounts at will from the prepaid mobile on the pretext of providing services ,which are never requested for by customers. We have two nos of idea viz. 9850343652 and 8888778812 .From both phones amounts were deducted during last week ,without any demand of service from us . Is it a mistake or a money raising policy of the company?

    i changed my airtel no 9755602136 to idea service but i lost that number from airtel also and i m no where in idea also i used in idea service for few days but after some times i m no where in any of the service that no. was very important to me please help me to get back that number what shall i do i complaint to nearby idea distributor but no positive result came oout to be please do help now i m using another no.7697577997
