   sir, my idea cellular operator said that with special recharge voucher of rs 32 a month i would be able to talk @ rs 1 per minute anywhere in india
   but after recharge i came to know that even my local call cost me rs 1.99 a minute

    My idea cell no 9844779043. On April 11th 2009 i got wrong recharge of 48rs, which had changed my old tariff (197rs plan). though which is not my mistake because of your bad service I am in loss. I called Idea customer care, they have given that dealer number 9964686043 and said ask him to send a fax saying that it was wrong recharge, but what is the use he is not responding properly. So I Kindly request you to change this tariff to my old tariff 197rs plan.

    when i call to costomer care for activate GPRS service on my phone. so he says sorry we cant provide you GPRS service on your no because you are using CHINA HANDSET.

    This is Sanjay from Ambala. I was issued a post paid no 9728129999 in Mar 09 having sim No-899112090300440625 4. The number got disconnected itself after 1 month without any intimation. After my repeated visits to the local office nothing was confirmed to me and in fact the staff misbehaved with me.

    Now after 3 months I received a bill from your side confirming that my no is still working but who is using it no one knows (at least I don’t know). You your self understand that if some one else is using number on my name & misuses it, I can be in trouble because of that.

    This is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter & issue me the number back or I have to take the appropriate action.

I am not sure why i am being asked for documents again. The customer care officials did not provide any justification for the the new documentation requirements. Hope some one looks at this.

     Hello,

     I have been behind Idea cellular for last one month regarding my bill payment and migration to prepaid. Idea cellular could not help me in any way and am really sorry to say that I have never
     found such ridiculous, inefficient service providers in my life.
     I have paid the full amount along with filled migration form to Sahil communications Khadki, Pune with receipt number 502.
     After around 30 calls (minimum one call and an email every day) to their corporate customer care and talking with Mr. Datta of Corporate customer care, some how the amount has been credited to my account after 25 days.
     Still the connection is not yet migrated to Prepaid and the bill is generating every month where am not using this mobile to make any calls. When I gave application for migration, the lady at the outlet told that I can make calls up to Rs 100/- and if I use more than 100/- the process will not be done & I have used it to make 1 or 2 calls. Now when I called to customer care the Manager asked me to forget about that lady ( I felt shamed when I heard such statement from a manager) and pay the balance and give application again to process.
     When I was communicated with Mr. Dutta, he was assuring me that I need not pay any extra money and will be reversed.
     I dont understand why these people are not able to get the money/form which we give to their outlet on time.
     Its a waste of time and money which are precious in our life.

     But its been six days that i have complained and there is no response from your Team Leader .

     We also work in customer service and we never disappoint our customer in the same way and we ensure that our customers are taken care propoerly with out fail.

     I still have a bit trust on you people that you will provide us a solution for our problems adressed above .

     I called ur customer care to activate my ISD but he told me that as per policy connection need to be atleast 3 months older. I believe this should not be restriction and should be allowed to opt ISD because you have a cap of maximum bill per month, why are you restricting user from calling foreign countries?

     Hi , My cell no : 9844145393. Previously I had a tariff with 30 paise/min . In the month of Nov-09 , my tarrif was changed to 1 paise / min. This was done without my knowledge or notice. When I logged a complaint , the customer care informed me that the request is taken and it will be changed to old tariff ( 30 pasie/min) . Also, on Nov 27th they had sent me an sms that the tariff will be changed. After this , my tariff is not changed even after making many calls to customer care. Me being a old customer, not happy with this. Request you to please take necessary action and do the needful. If no action is taken then I would not like to continue with Spice.

     In today’s competitive world, scenario is totaly changed, but I am surprised to see that idea is still not changed . Itz having the same old technology and ways to serve itz customers. I regularly paying for last two years an average bill of approx Rs1500/- to Rs 2000/-. Still being such a regular customer I am facing a lot of problems in routine. I am working with a bank. whenever I use to move out of state my roaming got bared & as per IDEA’S CUSTOMER CARE they require minimum 24 houres for any dam request. Who the hell in today’s world is having 24 houres to wait for and to waste for.
     Last month I went to Delhi for some work, my roaming was deactivated. Fortunately I was having VODAFONE & they are that good in services that they are having there stores inside metro station. Thanx to vodafone.
     I want to ask whether we should have to remember that every time when we leave oyr state we should call your lazy customer care people for activation of roaming, if it is so then to hell with such connection.
     My bill payment due date is 28th of every month my number got barred on 31st without any prior intimation from your side. I paid my bill 13 hours back through your Authorized dealer in my city, but itz still not unbarred. How can you provide the dealership to such people who spoil your reputation by providing such slow and lazy services?

     My question is give me one good reason for WHY AN IDEA SIR JI?

     I called the customer care of Maharashtra and Goa. It was horrible experience. I did recharge of Rs. 101 through the website i.e.www.ideacellular.com
     The payment details were displayed stating that the payment was successful, but the recharge was not successful due to technical problems at Idea side. The amount was debited from my bank account.
     When I called customer care, one person told me that you have to go to nearest idea shop. Mostly these idea shops are franchise shops. They don’t listen. If we have to go to idea shop then what’s the use of customer care. I was just asking how I can get back that amount. But customer care does not have the answer. Other person told me that he can’t provide information in this case and was telling me that he had to disconnect the call. Most funny part is these people speak horrible English. They are comfortable in Marathi and Hindi. But when they start to talk English, it’s total comedy. They don’t transfer their call to their supervisor even if we demand. It’s like dead end for the discussion. Customer care service is poorest I have ever seen.

     This is A.Venkateshwarlu, contractor. I am using your network service from last 8 to 9 years. I am having 5 cell nos group at anavarapadu colony, Ongole, Prakasam District. They are behaving very irregularly. we have also called customer care they said ownership transfer letter is not received from our branch and it takes 24hrs time for completion of our problem. whenever I try on to the customer care again it remained busy with sterotype information this shows intentially is being done just to confuse the cutomer . I hope management would umderstand and come forward with positive attitude and will generate confidence among the customer.

     I am writing this letter to inform you how inconvenient as a customer it is for me when i have applied for a idea number on 22nd june 2010 and that number is not still activated.
     All the formalities have been fulfilled, form been filled up address/identity proofs been submitted and same been verified as well.
     Idea outlet of nashik named UNICELL MY IDEA
     address–Gurukrupa palace,opp to nasikklub, nr nasardi bridge,nasik pune road 422001
     issued a number to me number is 9011900009 for rs. 5000/- i agreed to pay, 1000/- was waiver as i am having postpaid connection of airtel. So i paid 4000/- for number and 250/- for activation, as i have the receipt of the same.
     After 3 days when number was not activated i confirmed that time i was told this number will cost u 21000/- this number will not be activated.
     please i request you to kindly look into the matter i am having the receipt for the same number

     I am a non idea user but one of my friend is using a idea mumbai postpaid number last night when I was sleeping I have got a call from my friend she told me that someone has looted him when he was travelling from mumbai to pune and he told me to pick her up from my car as I am staying in pune bypass I had gone to help her . While coming back to pune with my friend she tried calling customer care to block his sim card at 2:20 am she fallow’s the ivr but assoon as call is getting connected with in 3 to 6 second some one is disconnecting the call with out greeting the customer . This happen thrice them luckyly some one fails to disconnect the call and he speaks after 10 second with a sleepy voice but he fails to help us out because he is from prepaid and the calls were getting connected to prepaid and he was also not connecting my call to postpaid cc . According to that agent I needs to call a chargeable no ie 12345 who can transfer my call to
     postpaid desk which was all bullshit . If iam calling from non idea non it wont be get connected and then that agent went for a nap their was no responce from agents end we thought that he has kept us on hold we waited for 3 m and then we had disconnected the call without any getting resolution which was not expected. What els we can do we had call back that no which is 9702012345 again the same thing the calls were getting disconnected by the agents within 5 to 10 second this thing happen twice. At last after getting angry my friend stopped calling and she started crying then I said that idea is paying them to sleep not to help the customers and this is idea my friend
     “AN IDEA CAN FUCK YOUR LIFE
     THANK GOD IAM NOT USING IDEA”

     This was my experience with you it depends on you what action you want to take to improve your customer service. Ill just wait for your reply about what action you have taken against them.
