MTNL Delhi Dolphin-Trump GPRS Settings Guide
MTNL DELHI-Dolphin/Trump GPRS GUIDE-:
How to subscribe for the GPRS Facility-
For using GPRS service, MTNL has to activate the facility in the system and the subscriber has to do the GPRS & MMS setting in his mobile Handset.
Note: Subscriber has to ensure the Mobile handset is GPRS/EDGE enabled for using the services.
MTNL Delhi Dolphin (Post-paid) Subscribers can call at 1503 and book a request for the service.
MTNL Delhi Trump subscribers (Prepaid) can activate this facility through SMS by type ACTGPRS and send to 444. For deactivation type DACTGPRS and send to 444.
To get GPRS Setting for Mobile handset(Delhi)
GPRS Setting for Mobile handset:
(i)First note down your mobile handset model as the settings are handset specific.
(ii)Call Dolphin Call center at 1503 & Request for the settings at the call center

Download the GPRS and MMS setting Directly From Below-

MTNL GPRS will work wherever the BSNL Mobile network is GPRS compatible across the India.

I have motorola L9 model mobile. I have prepaid mtnl connection.I have called in a customer care (1503), they told me that, they have not the setting of L9 motorola model. but when i connected my mobile with laptop then internet start working in my laptop with the prepaid mtnl connection. I have got the GPRS activated. But I do not know what is the use of one time pass word and dont know how to work start. However I have started browsing cites, but nothing cold down loaded from net even free of cost. Once sim card is removed, should we aga in set our net work setting. How is net work get it set. 6. Call Charges beyond free calls (in Rs.) 51 – 300 = Rs.0.80
301 – 2000 = Rs.1.20
Above 2000 = Rs.1.00
NOTE: 1) This facility may be extended to the customer who opts for this and there should not be any outstanding apperas against such customers.
2) This additional line will be linked with the main line & will work as long as main line works and will be disconnected as and when main line is surrendered or recovered for non-payment.
3) This line can be either Local & STD or Local & STD/ISD,depending upon main line.
4) For ISD line additional deposit of Rs. 3000/- is to be levied.
If a MTNL customer who is already having two connections under any MTNL tarrif scheme before 16-02-2008, and one of his connection is for more than 5 (five years).
Why this Loyal Customer is not allowed to convert his existing second connection to this
“Additional landline to Loyal Customers of MTNL Mumbai” scheme and benefit with the lower service charges and free calls.
Can any one take it up with the MTNL authorities and answer this?

In delhi/NCR, for any O2/HTC/windows mobiles settings are simple:
1. Goto settings > connections > Manage existing connections> New >
2. enter name for the connection: mtnl3g
3. select a modem : cellular line (gprs, 3G)
4. APN : mtnl3g
5. username : mtnl
6. password : mtnl123
nothing more. dont forget to say thanks on my mobile no: 9868177443.

Dear sir, i am using a trump conection on my 3gs iphone and am not unable to connect to the internet, i have complained as well been t the bandra kurla mtnl complex requesting them to help me with the setting, all they said was tat it will not happen on an iphone 3 gs as its an advanced technology.. i do not know wether to accept tat or not as mtnl has been able to launch teh 3g technology . can sumone pls help or suggest any solution .. please…

I am using Nokia N72 and have subscribed to MTNL TV channel whcih is at the rate of Rs.99/- per month. Now I have further requested for subcription to “ND TV Imagine” which is at Rs.30/- per month. The request was made on 9/10th Feb. 2010. But till date it is not activated and on checking the status it says “Registration request is in progress.
Please check status after some time by clicking on channel icon”.
I would therefore request to take action to activate the same at the earliest.

My mobile no is 9969320780. I’m using MTNL prpaid 3 G connection in Delhi in my new mobile phone- SAMSUNG DUOS Model B 5722). Can you help me out for getting GPRS settings.

In Nokia 3110c for manual gprs settings of Mtnl Delhi mobile is as follows:
to go to settings> configuration settings>
personised > add new> web>
profile name: MTNL
proxy address: 172.16.31.10
prosy port: 9401
username: mtnl
password: mtnl123
access point number : gprsmtnldel [for postpaid (dolphin)]
gprsppsdel [for prepaid (trump)]
Home page: http://google.com
data bearer: data access or gprs
ok
then exit upto main menu.
then press 0 and just hold. Your home page is now view on ur mobile screen. Happy surfing!!!!
