Very much frustrated from your customer care service my problem is that i cannot use internet from ur sim tried to contact your service station in bistupur,jamshedpur they also cannot solve my problem they told me that u should have asked before reacharge that u can access internet or not sir plz tell me that is this type of service you give then its very poor service,i asked for the number of your service head from one lady named-LAXMI there in service station but she told she cant give me the no.so if i am helpless then i think i should pass this message to your every customer so that let them also know about there service,if u can plz give me a number of service head of jharkhand i wanna talk to him,and if u cant then ill think that i have done a very big mistake.I also belong to telecom dept and dont think that this type of service u should give.
