I am Feroz Sana and I am using Vodafone West Bengal Circle&#039;s services and my number is +91-9732773505.
Vodafone people are activating vas services (MATCH DAY SERVICE) by own and deduct my balance due to which it always comes to minus. I started making complaints to customer care department about this but when i call to customer care, they do not response satisfactrily and whenever i recharge my cell then after they deduct my balance. plz help me. After three times i called they do not give me any response and still i didn&#039;t get the balance and the balance is deducted regularly. Also the call is put on hold for long time for which they charge as well.
Kindly take the necessary action. i hope my request will be taken care.Thanks Yoy

I called 4 to 5 times to costumer care and given complaint regarding this. But not getting proper response from them. Every time they are saying it will be resolved within 2 hours but from 4 days i am facing the same problem. Now not able to connect costumer care also. Please let me know setting for GPRS..................</description>
