I am your customer since incoming charges were there. I feel your plans (Post paid/Pre paid) are not attractive. Most of the plans are having hidden charges as compare to other mobile companies. Please compare the plans of other companies. They are more attactive and cheaper. Therefore, the number of customers of other companies are increasing very high in comparison to yours.
